ข้อดี: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

ข้อเสีย: Guy behind me kept asking for a seat upgrade and when they didn’t oblige spent the whole 11hours kicking the back of my chair in protest. I understand this isn’t the crews’ fault. But maybe the bid upgrade for seats isn’t the best system?

ข้อดี: Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.
ข้อเสีย: YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.

ข้อเสีย: The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed

Swiss - even better in my opinion then Lufthansa
ข้อดี: I thought my out flight with Lufthansa would be good but it was surpassed by the return flight with Swiss Based on my experience I believe Swiss should be a 5 star airline as well

ข้อเสีย: The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

Great Service
ข้อดี: I had a wonderful experience the whole way through.
ข้อเสีย: The TV froze and stopped working for me. Thankfully it was the last thirty minutes of my flight. Mine was the only that appeared to be broken.

Not too bad for 55min flight
ข้อดี: The length of the flight
ข้อเสีย: 3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!

ข้อดี: Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.
ข้อเสีย: Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

Poorly organised and dependably late.
ข้อเสีย: Boarding started 20 mins late, once on board was moved to accommodate a family to sit together. No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect
