Crew could have been more friendly…little-to no smiles…seemed like all business and get the flight over with. Baggage service at Lisbon airport was terrible, between waiting for a discharge belt # to be assigned, waiting for luggage to be loaded onto conveyor belt. All in all waited over an hour for our one suitcase….
We had a 14 hour flight and the attendants worked very hard to keep us satisfied. I would definitely fly Swiss again

One of my bags didnt arrived. It was a priority bag. And the flight was a really bad experience. There were two kids (2-3 years old) from two families in business class that cried during literally 10 hours! Was a really long flight

ข้อเสีย: During COVID there was little attempt to distance passengers during security checks, boarding and onboard. Crew did not inforce mask policy. Fellow passengers were inconsiderate, loud, littered just throwing food wrappers and trash on the ground - crew did nothing.
ข้อดี: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
ข้อเสีย: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.

ข้อเสีย: The plane doesn't have usb ports to charge the phones, and as there are no screens or anything else, make sure you bring your battery pack.

ข้อเสีย: Crew allowed passengers in with no masks. Why do they write a boarding time on a pass? They started 15 min later. Then, "be fast, be fast, we are behind". Plane departed 20 min late.
