Pros: I always fly with TAP but the last year the standard has declined. We were delayed three hours and missed two train connections and had a horrendous journey because of the delay. No one explained why it was delayed . the captain apologized when we took off but it sounded insincere and no explanation why. TAP always included hold luggage in their flight price but not anymore. I ended up paying twice for hold luggage. £23 with kiwi.com through your kayak company. As I didn't receive an email from them confirming the bag payment, I rang Tap. Paid again as no good luggage was booked and a few day s later two payment s had been taken out of my account another for £16 to tap. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience, be coming just like the cheap poor standard other cheap airlines around. Not sure why I am even writing all this it will make not a jot of difference.
Cons: Being treated like an animal herded about like I hadn't paid £100 to fly you would think it was like they were paying you.
