ข้อดี: PROS: -In general: If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this really is an ideal spot. Definitely not a party hotel (we usually stay at the Ace, and Little Paradise is not that), just a truly great place to swim and sit in the sun and chill. -Perfect location just off the main strip on a quiet side street -Amazingly attentive and kind staff — seriously, everyone was great -Large & clean rooms (no carpet! yay!) with big bathroom and separate kitchen/dining area -Bicycles to borrow! -Lovely heated pool that’s open 24/7 -It’s a small hotel in general (I think only 9 rooms total?), so it never felt crowded or overwhelming. CONS (if any): -There’s no hot tub, if that’s important to you. But the Ace is basically across the street, so you can always pop in there for a bit if you need one. -It’s not really “hip” — with the exception of one other couple, the guests were definitely part of an older crowd. Maybe that matters to some? But for us it basically meant that we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! -There’s no on-site bar or restaurant — but again, you can always walk across the road to the Ace or Caliente hotel for that, or BYOB and drink poolside.

ข้อดี: there are so many things I loved about this Hotel, I can't wait to go back. The heated pool, Adults only Hotel (this is a great getaway for parents), quiet, relaxing, a big room with great amenities.

ข้อเสีย: The only complaint (if even a complaint) was how soft the pillows and bed were, TOO soft, perhaps a personal preference. We didn't lose sleep but definitely noticed.

ข้อดี: It’s good value for your money, the showers are really nice, it was quiet and had everything we needed. Liked the fireplace outside in the evenings. I would definitely recommend staying in a king room over what we stayed in, I think it was a Queen and compared to the others just not ideal

ข้อเสีย: Our room didn’t have a back patio, it had 2 chairs out front but it was right next to the office and where the bikes are kept so it wasn’t exactly an inviting place to sit and relax. I feel like they could do more to keep the common area looking nice and tidy as well. Last time we stayed in a room with a kitchen and it was fully stocked with snacks, drinks etc and I guess due to covid they don’t offer that anymore but I’m not sure why because they were all pre packaged so very minimal/no risk involved. The music kept shutting off by the pool so we had a portable speaker on VERY quietly, like so quiet that people on the other side of the pool didn’t notice but we got scolded by the manager. Not a big deal but they could do a little more to create a nice vibe out there

ข้อดี: The name of this hotel is perfect because it is really a little paradise. The rooms were spacious, the bed was so comfy and the shower was great. The location was perfect and the day and nights were beautiful looking at the mountains. It was such a nice getaway with peace and quiet.

ข้อดี: Loved the saltwater pool, quiet smallness of the property, and comfy bed. Everything very clean and remodeled. Location was perfect.

ข้อดี: Grounds very quaint. Pool lovely. Small boutique atmosphere with limited guests. Kind, attentive staff. Great to have the kitchen area. Bed was inviting and comfortable for a great nights sleep.

ข้อดี: We were welcomed so nicely. Pool and lounge chairs were excellent. Room accommodations were fantastic, clean, and amenity-rich. The salt water pool was refreshing. Great quiet location off the main drag, but close enough to all the action.

ข้อดี: What a beautiful little hotel! Quaint, private and beautifully kept, La Maison is a true gem. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Alfredo is the best! With his knowledge of the area and his shining personality, we felt happy and welcomed from the minute we booked to the minute we left. The pool is the absolute perfect temperature and is incredibly clean. The coffee bar is such a treat and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. We will be back as soon as we can!

ข้อดี: La Maison went above and beyond our expectations. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! We spent almost the entire part of our trip by the pool which never felt crowded at all, even with other guests there. One day we even had the pool entirely to ourselves. We loved waking up each morning and getting fresh cappuccinos and eating our breakfast outside. Our room was extremely clean and filled with wonderful touches like complimentary drinks in the fridge. The staff here is just amazing. Alfredo is so friendly, personable, and truly tries to make your stay as relaxing as possible. They clearly take such good care of the grounds and it shows in every detail of the outdoor and indoor areas! Our 4 nights there were not enough time! It truly felt like a quiet oasis. We would highly recommend.

ข้อดี: This is a low key, attractive, boutique hotel that caters to adults. It’s very quiet and peaceful and has a caring, friendly proprietor in Alfredo. The pool is beautiful and there’s a jacuzzi as well. We found it to be perfect for us, and nicely located, just on the eastern edge of Palm Springs, with easy access to town and local attractions. We were in a ‘deluxe’ room, which is spacious, with a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom is modern and large. There is also a nice continental breakfast included. I was told that they plan to close for extensive renovations this year. While a few areas could use some sprucing up. I hope they retain the charm and friendly appeal of the property. I think they will. Pandemic note: the whole property is very clean and the staff and guests adhere to COVID safety precautions.

ข้อดี: Lovely grounds, impressive complimentary breakfast plus assorted complimentary goodies in the fridge, friendly people...above all, Alfredo the manager goes out of his way to attend to travelers’ needs. I arrived late on the first night and missed the last call for food. Alfredo drove me to a chic restaurant and made sure I got seated. On my last day I couldn’t find an Uber in time and Alfredo drove me to where I needed to go. Highly recommend

The staff was extraordinary— Alfredo went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and special. Loved the cappuccinos in the morning, and if you want to ride a cruiser bike, you can!

ข้อดี: Came here with the boyfriend and we had a blast. It was a bit further away from everything, and we just stayed at the hotel the entire time. We left once to get Chipotle. Definitely worth it for the price though. Great service and hotel perks! Would come back here for sure.

ข้อดี: We had an idea of what we were going to be getting based on the website tour. I can't explain how impressed I am with it in person! The grounds were beautiful, quiet and so romantic! Our villa welcomed us with rose petals on the bed, snacks in the kitchen and fake candles glowing. Just PERFECT!!!! We also added a massage from Studio M in our Villa. I highly recommend that as well!

ข้อเสีย: I loved all of it! The only thing I would have loved would have been an additional water bottle but who really cares in the grand scheme of things! I am also sort of cheap so I wish I could have saved. All of that being said I would return every weekend if I could afford it! My husband and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and had a new closeness to us.

ข้อดี: The peacefulness, serenity and privacy was amazing. This quaint little 8 villa facility provided us a lovely romantic setting to just focus on us. No stressors!!

ข้อดี: Andalusian Court was the perfect place to stay for our mid-week visit to Palm Springs. Quiet, private, comfortable, spacious, great location-- it had everything we were looking for. Will definitely return.

ข้อดี: My first impression of the Andalusian Court began with Tony's calming voice. I called to inquire about a request to check-in early that I placed when I secured my lodging for the week and Tony answered replying," I was just about to call you regarding your request, the room is ready for you." It was hours earlier! I was exhausted from work & travel plus had some perishables that needed refrigeration, this was music to my ears! 2 min before arriving I realized I was in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, convenience, clothing and specialty shops. Including stores like H & M, Mac and West Elm. As for this quaint little oasis for parched souls, the moment you enter the gate you are greeted by a well bubbling with cool water. Gorgeous is an understatement if you love vibrant greenery and the smell of fresh cut grass. The well manicured landscaping captures your attention but the serenity of the mountains and Spanish architecture takes your breath away. I had the pleasure of staying in Villa#8, the only upstairs vila,and I fell in love. Comfortable, spacious, with every amenity necessary for a relaxing getaway. I was inside 90% of my stay. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, down to measuring cups, wine openers and dishwasher! This is not your typical kitchenette. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows, the bathroom had a wonderful Japanese DEEP SOAKING TUB (pic) & separate shower! I had massage therapists come and they had no trouble setting up in the sitting room. Perfect ambiance with soothing fountains, the terrace windows overlooking the pool and the moonlight glowing above the mountains. Sunsets were surreal. 6 day 5 night stay allowed me to see how peaceful it is any day of the week! The housekeeping staff and pool techs were awesome, everything was well maintained and cleaned routinely. TONY even suggested a delicious Modern Mexican Food place. Tony delivers exceptional hospitality!

ข้อดี: It was so much value for the price and the staff person (I forgot her name) was excellent. She was very accommodating and did everything to ensure we had a great stay. The room was very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone and we'll be staying there everytime we visit Palm Springs. They have a pool, sauna, BBQ area, a separate kitchen, washer, dryer, bikes, and golf clubs that they allow guests to use.

ข้อดี: covid puts a damper on everything but not the staff at Holiday House. Every last person on staff we encountered was excellent. They all appear to genuinely care that you are having a good time. Nick, Esau, Dawn, Greg and Justice were all so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a continental grab n go with limited but fine choices. bagels, yogurt, toast, hard boiled eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. The grounds are nice and the decor is pretty cool. Great location and NO tv is a bonus.

ข้อดี: Everything about Holiday House was pleasant, from the extremely friendly staff to the gorgeous grounds and ideal downtown location. We could walk to all the food we could dream of, and other things like a theater, casino, bars, massage, etc. Laying by the pool was heaven. Good music, water misters, poolside drinks, and complimentary ice water and sunscreen all day (self-applied of course.)

ข้อดี: The Monkey Tree Hotel is a hidden gem in Palm Springs. Kathy and Gary are the sweetest owners that really go above and beyond to make your stay the best. Hands down the best hotel in Palm Springs!

ข้อดี: We've stayed at the Stage Coach suit, it was well maintained, with comfortable bed and bedding. Everything was ready for us: towels, bath towels, little kitchen, in room spa, etc. Carlos met us and he was extremely hospitable. Carlos took us around the property. The hotel has a courtyard with a spa and a swimming pool.

ข้อดี: The service and hospitality was outstanding. This is my second time staying at The Rendezvous and I absolutely loved it!!!

ข้อดี: Breakfast was great, each day was a smoothie, fruit cup, and entree (waffles, pancakes, breakfast burrito), all great tasting. We saw other folks there with dietary requests being honored. Hosts were full of good local suggestions and info, engaging and pleasant without being intrusive. Rooms were clean, loved the stained concrete floors - no mold or mildew from the pool, and you could tell the floor was clean when walking on it in bare feet. The bed was a huge memory foam mattress, sheets and towels were clean. We were out and about during the days and much of the nights, but we did see folks lounging and relaxing in/by the pool. Pool was good size and hot tub was spacious and warm. Both are available 24/7.

Also, a dog who may have belonged to a staff member was chained on the premises where the guest dogs are suppose to go to a grass area. He charged our dog and spun around the pole three time as he lunged. Scary and not putting the guest first.

ข้อดี: From the looks of it they had great COVID provisions in place; the amenities were restricted to hotel guests only and we were contacted via text. It the nice quiet and peaceful get away location we were looking for. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The drinks were yummy and we got a happy hour slushy on the house. They also brought out a water bowl for our doggie as he lounged poolside with us.

ข้อเสีย: The room we stayed in can use a little TLC- considering the price. The carpet and fabric accident chair were a little stained BUT other than that the bedding, toilet, shower and everything else was clean.

ข้อดี: Facilities were great. Room and pool area are excellent. Great views from the property.

ข้อเสีย: Staff were unfriendly and not the most helpful. It was almost a bother to get a drink from the bar. There was also construction all day around the pool on a Friday which disrupted everyone.

ข้อเสีย: Staff does not seem to walk property regularly. Old food and trash seen in areas for extended periods of time. Would have liked to see furniture refreshed, arranged, wiped down on a regular basis.

ข้อดี: Has always been our favorite place, but now that they serve people for the restaurant around the small pool area, don't feel area for guests anymore. Outside not as well kept as years in the past. Sure covid has a great deal to do with all.

ข้อดี: The front desk staff was incredibly nice. The property was clean and I felt very safe going in and out! The room was amazing. Very spacious and comfy. I really liked how the shampoo and body wash smelled too. All the small details made this place exceptional! I would love to come back.

One staff member did stick out and made sure we were taken care. Place is clean, food at the restaurant delicious, and will return. Plus it is near a great Deli with awesome sandwiches!

ข้อเสีย: The downside is the parking can be tricky. Since it shares it with the restaurant on the premise. So the weekend that place fills up. Street parking if you can find it. The mini fridge is extra but not too expensive.

ข้อเสีย: We had trouble unlocking our door with the card key. sometimes it worked but more often, it took 3 or more tries before the green light showed. and we did not get coffee replenishment pods. or cups. Not a big deal really, but just so you know. otherwise we were very satisfied.

ข้อเสีย: No Breakfast. You needed to schedule pool time (not mentioned until after I made my reservation that day) which for me was early in the morning. All the other hotels had people using their pools. I overlooked the pool and never saw more than 2 people in the pool area at any time. EVEN with Covide-19 rules, they could have let people use the pool. In 110 degrees heat, it would have been nice to at least jump in the pool. There was no mention of not being able to use the pool when I made a nonrefundable payment. I bought ice cream from their kitchen and given a fork to eat it. By the time I realized this I was already back in my room. It is an overpriced, terribly ordinary hotel. Palm Springs has so many better hotels than the Courtyard. I urge you to pick another.

For the price of the hotel Per night it should have come with continental breakfast. Coffee inside the room was not sufficient

ข้อดี: My wife and I loved staying at Palm Springs Courtyard by Marriott. It was EASY. Very attentive staff without being officious. We're looking forward to returning in January.

ข้อดี: It' an excellent location, walking distance to restaurants. They provide coffee in the lobby in the morning. The room was nice with a balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were all wearing masks and encouraged guests to do the same.

ข้อเสีย: My main reason for coming to Palm Springs was to lounge at the pool. The hotel has a large pool with lots of seating which checked all of the boxes. But the pool was filthy. Murky, debris, hair floating around. I didn't even get in. I did get into the jacuzzi which was not cloudy but the whole thing needs to be refinished. Very dated and in disrepair. Disappointing.

ข้อดี: Wasn’t a big fan of the grab and go breakfast. (It was cold) and no microwave in the room to warm it. But the room and staff were super nice.

ข้อดี: Location is perfect and the property is really nice. When we ckd in they didn’t have a a balcony room like I requested when I booked so they upgraded me to a suite with a balcony at no extra charge which I thought was great!

ข้อเสีย: When we got to the room the shower wasn’t working right- almost no water was coming through the shower head. And the sink wasn’t draining. They sent someone to fix while we were out and about and when we returned to our room our door was left open-not unlocked but open. Called the front desk and they said the maintenance guy couldn’t close our door?? Not a good reason. My husband was so mad that all our stuff was out there for anyone to take. House keeping wasn’t available to clean your room until Ck out due to covid which I understand but when you ask one of the housekeepers that we’re right outside your door for towels, toilet paper etc they said you have to call the front desk which made it a few hours until you got them.

ข้อเสีย: The small kids pool was dirty and the main pool had candy wrappers in it. Would be nice if they would come by a couple of times a day and clean the water up a bit.

ข้อดี: It was close to downtown and the pool side service was good.

ข้อเสีย: They were terribly understaffed and because of that the rooms never got cleaned. We had to request clean towels and dump our used towels and trash in the hallway to eventually be picked up.

ข้อเสีย: Drinks from bar.. restaurant food were really bad. No microwaves, no Smart TV's.. not a lot of food options that were fresh. Everything was really poor quality food wise.. like it was pre made..

ข้อดี: The staff was doing their best and were pleasant despite being overwhelmed with the amount of people there. Gorgeous decor and grounds. Room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

ข้อเสีย: It was very busy so hard to get lounge chairs in the shade. They were understaffed and staff seemed overwhelmed. Pool was too cold and murky. Only 2 towels were in the room and there were three of us. I requested more but had to call again because they forgot the first time. It was $35 per night for parking. I feel this should be included with room rate. We were unable to turn the air conditioning in the room any lower than 69 degrees and got hot at night.

ข้อดี: I loved it. The front desk was extremely helpful. The pool is extraordinary. And the free shuttle to the airport at 5:15 AM was incredibly helpful. My room was spacious and overlooked the pool. I would stay here again.

ข้อเสีย: Get rid of the overnight parking charge. It seems foolish for the price your paying for a room.

ข้อเสีย: We had plumbing issues, the toilet had a slow flow, the bathroom sink and the shower would get clogged every 2 seconds. I found it very annoying because a great hotel like Renaissance, should troubleshoot every room before booking cuz it's not the customers responsibility to worry about major things like this.

ข้อเสีย: It is confusing having customer ratings showing as you bid on hotels. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but hat was just the customer rating that was showing. Once I paid I realized it's a 3.5. I would have crept looking at that price. Thanks

ข้อเสีย: Come on man! It's Palm Springs, it's a hundred and ten in the shade and your room ACs do not work...unacceptable! Six hours to get a tech to the room to tell me the condenser is inop...is that why the room is hot? Duh.
