ข้อเสีย: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

ข้อเสีย: A queuing system would be better-it was a bit disorganised at Amsterdam!

ข้อเสีย: Vegetarian meal was okay but could be more enjoyable if served with bread at start of meal.

ข้อเสีย: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

ข้อเสีย: Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.

ข้อดี: well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort

ข้อเสีย: boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -

ข้อดี: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

ข้อเสีย: The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage.

ข้อดี: very attentive crew

ข้อเสีย: Only ham sandwiches on offer! I'm not demanding and would have been happy with cheese.

ข้อเสีย: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port
