ข้อเสีย: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

ข้อดี: As previously stated hated having to go through security again

ข้อเสีย: We had 4 luthansa flights in a week I appreciate that we were given a drink one up on BA ! However I am trying not to be picky every snack was chocolate 26 grames per 100g not great for a diabetic !!!! It would be lovely to have a savoury option

ข้อเสีย: Food is becoming more and more of a joke on Lufthansa, gone are the bad sandwiches, now it is just sweets.

ข้อเสีย: My luggage was left in Athens due to late arrivals in Athens to Munich. My son received his I didn’t, huge inconvenience

ข้อดี: Nothing much to say. The crew was polite, kind and professional.

ข้อดี: Pilot kept us informed throughout the flight.

ข้อดี: The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

ข้อเสีย: Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow same time due to bad weather. I had a child with me and it took 2.5 hours for us in the airport to get a hotel and taxi for night stay and I reached at 0030 at night. The lufthansa staff was not helpful at the start. I will missed a meeting for

ข้อเสีย: A delay to unload then reload bags, followed by no in-flight communication of connecting flights, led to a missed connection and an overnight hotel stay.

ข้อดี: Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over.

ข้อเสีย: When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards.

ข้อดี: Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond.

ข้อเสีย: Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week.

Information rather scant , ground staff a misery

ข้อดี: It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending .
