Good process from check in until landing.
Flight crew attitude
Three gate changes three flight time changes extra charges for everything. This is the first and last time I will fly this airline.
I didn’t make this flight because the agent made me reschedule.
I tried to check in at the kiosk, this should have been fast because I prepaid for my carry on and wasn’t checking a bag. The kiosk said I needed to get in line to check in and it was a long line. Once I got to an agent, 35 minutes before my plane was to leave, he said I missed checkin and would have to be rescheduled. This new flight was 4 hours longer and then he forgot to return my passport to me, luckily he found me on the way to the restroom. I will do my best not to fly Frontier again.
There was a good amount of space for leg room. This was only a 2 1/2 hour flight so that there was no need for any kind of entertainment. The food and drink were not free, but I expected that. Therefore I have no real opinion on the quality of either. The plane was very clean and the attendants were friendly. I would fly Frontier again.
Las azafatas NO eran amables. No te dan ni agua. Para todo hay que pagar. Los asientos super duros y no reclinaban. Pesimo!!
No WiFi. Overpriced snacks. Just charge more upfront and give more.
The TSA checkin at Orlando was impossible. I almost missed my flight. Before that I went to check my bag. The lady was nice but told me I could not put my 300 dollar tennis racquets in my backpack because it was considered a weapon American had not had a problem with it. This delayed is because I had to put them in my check bag which was full. I was warned if I did not do it I may have trouble. Well then we moved to the TSA line which was backed up to the back of the airport 25 minutes in that line. We had to run to the gate. We were the last two people to board. The flight staff was very nice. The lady working for Memphis airport was not. I had to return to get something I left in the plane. As I walked up she threatened me without listening to one word I was saying Rude Rude Rude. If I spoke like that to a client I would be fired. I am sorry but my experience this week with American was much much better. I know times are tough and it is hard to get people to work but I have not flown in 20 years. I’m 55 and if this had been my experience going to Orlando I may have chosen to rent a car and drive. I usually don’t do reviews but you need the truth The flight staff were very kind and helpful. The flight was smooth the pilots were great.
The flight was a bit bumpy coming into San Diego, but that wasn't the crew's fault. They were professional, and even landed prior to the arrival time. Frontier may have a late boarding here and there, but they always make up the time and ensure safety of all passengers aboard their aircraft from ensuring the seatbelts are worn to making sure masks remain on during the duration of their flights. I will continue to fly with Frontier Airlines.
No service or movies played
Crew had zero concern that passengers were removing masks for extended periods of time (as in 40-50% of the flight) in violation of federal policy. This was happening in both sides of row one directly in front of crew including conversations with the crew with unmasked passengers
Not enough leg space, don't like having to pay for a seat assignment or the perception that I have to, a lot of "nickel and dime" on everything, and didn't care for the pushing of credit card.
I was very happy to fly frontier airlines. They were not less even beter then 3 big airlines. So I highly recomend frontier airlines to anyone Who wishes to travel.
We did have a minor delay, but besides that everything went smoothly.
They could have had kiosks for bag tags ! Made us wait in a long line for bag drop off
Friendly service, well run flight. The entertainment options are non-existent, and the food options are limited.

They literally shut the gate as we were coming to the door-we were not late-and wouldn’t let us on. We were waiting to board last with a 3 year old. We had been at the gate for an hour. I do not plan to ever fly with frontier again. Also trying to work with the staff at the gate was a joke and they were immediately rude as we stood at the gate door for 30 minutes looking at the plane we were supposed to be on. We had 2 children and 2 women-one was pregnant and received no help.
Frontier gets me to my destination consistently. Does anything else really matter? Good airline, good prices.
More choices for internet connections … also more different snack choices.. seats could always be comfortable but for the price I get why
It would be so much easier if the plane was boarded rear first front last. Neither Frontier flight I took during my travel was on time. Frontier Flight attendant Olivia left all of her other crew members hanging while she chatted and cooed with a crying baby during the entire boarding process. This delayed the boarding process as they had to overcompensate for her not handling her part of the plane. The flight did still arrive on time even though we left 45 minutes late. I guess I cannot complain about that.
Be prepared to be treated as an inmate!
eDreams bought two tickets as one trip. For that reason my baggage stay in Orlando. That’s on eDreams. The app is not friendly neither the app of Frontier. I enjoy traveling with Frontier but next time I will purchase directly with them.
No food but drinks available to buy. Trip good!!
