ข้อดี: Beautiful room and facilities. Friendly welcoming staff. Loved it.

ข้อเสีย: Only thing I didn't like was the pillow. Too high, too hard, no choice of another one (like in the cupboard), and so I didn't have a good night's sleep. Spoilt what was otherwise great accommodation.

ข้อดี: Beautiful house, wonderful location, really lovely all around. All of the little things were thought of to make you feel at home, including milk in the fridge. Already want to be back there :)

ข้อดี: A beautiful period, double story home with modern furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The entire house all very clean and we really appreciated the small seperate kitchenette including large fridge, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Very friendly and helpful hosts too.

ข้อเสีย: The home is situated on a road which can get busy - so there was some traffic noise.

ข้อดี: It was all fabulous. Even had a pod coffee machine at your disposal. Close to everything. Very quiet and the cleanliness of the property!!!. I have travelled the world and it's the best I've ever seen.

ข้อเสีย: Nothing really. The only thing that I eould suggest is 1000 thread sheets as they are so luxurious to sleep in. I have them at home and once you have slept in them you can't go back. Just a suggestion not a complaint.

ข้อดี: the heritage building, urban location, breakfast was very good, staff very friendly.

ข้อดี: Just wished we could have stayed longer. The Hotel is immaculate and just beautifully renovated. Staff were very welcoming. A big thankyou for mailing my phone charger that I left behind. Well be back!

ข้อดี: It was very close to the town centre yet very quiet. The decor of the was lovely and true to the history of it. The shower was amazing!

ข้อเสีย: The only issue that we had with it was that someone in another was smoking and it filled our room. Apart from that everything was great!

ข้อดี: Wonderful hotel in a historic manor house. Such a one of a kind special place steeped in interesting history. The rooms were very comfortable and had real character and the staff were lovely. Would recommend.

ข้อเสีย: The property's furniture and decor, while comfortable and in period, is a bit tired looking.

ข้อดี: The room was exceptionally clean, this was a stand out for us. The bed that we had was a little squeaky but it is manageable.

ข้อเสีย: No fault of the property but daily housekeeping was not available due to covid restrictions, its the little things that are expected when on a holiday.

ข้อดี: Great location beside the River. Walking distance to everything. Central base to explore surrounding areas eg Bangalow, Byron Bay, Lennox Head etc. Cafe downstairs is great for an afternoon drink.

ข้อเสีย: The room had weird chinese style doors between the bedroom and the bathroom that don't block noise or light.

ข้อดี: Room was comfortable and view over the river very relaxing. Bar/Breakfast area good, although some staff were new / unorganised, we had breakfast on the first morning but didnt go back the next 2 mornings. We did use the bar the 3 nights we stayed

ข้อเสีย: We had booked & paid for our room and a room for our friends )as a present). However on the day of check out, our friends left a little earlier than ourselves and were asked to pay for things we had charged and signed for to our room. They tried to explain at the counter but it was too hard and so they paid. The bike hire that is outside the front door (is not part of the hotel, although helmets are collected from the check in desk) needs to do regular and proper maintenance of the bikes. We hired 2 bikes, both had poor to almost non existent rear brakes, and 1 had no bell. The seat adjustment didnt work on 1 bike due to rust, the other wouldnt stay in place after adjustment. No phone number on rack or bikes to call for assistance / repair. Better option to hire from 1 of the many shops in the town. The hotel must be careful of its reputation

ข้อดี: Ramada is our go to when staying in Ballina. It never disappoints, staff are always friendly, rooms are always clean. True value for money!

ข้อดี: We were travelling from Sydney to Bribie Island for vacation and Ballina is an ideal stop over on the way . We chose this property as we love the location and have stayed here before.

ข้อเสีย: We didn't like the fact we didn't have the time to stay longer. Seriously we couldn't fault anything.

ข้อดี: We loved the loads of space we had. The place was clean, it had a microwave, kettle and toaster. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Very easy check in and out. Quiet. Everything was tip top. Parking at the door.

ข้อดี: Hotel was clean and tidy. Nice Decor and comforatable beds. Bathrooms very small though but great water pressure in the shower .

ข้อเสีย: Could not access laundry room and needed to iron clothes for the occasion we had travelled for so ended up having to go to my relatives hotel to iron our clothes. Rooms are too tiny for 3 people.

ข้อดี: Check in was easy, pool was great for the kids, central location, good value for money, room reasonably clean. Rooms are very compact but have everything you need.

ข้อเสีย: Probably the parking was the worst thing, a little cramped in the parking lot but overall workable and always found a park.
