I flew Singapore Airlines and Emirates....excellent passenger care. Air India operating an international route should choose better craft and services ....imperative

ข้อเสีย: It seemed like the crew didn’t care that much about the flight—halfway through there was like toilet paper and other trash in the aisle and no one cared to pick it up. Just felt a little hopeless.

ข้อเสีย: Entertainment system was limited with poor sound quality even in Business. Monitor is too distant in business. Food was mediocre. No announcement was made 45 minutes before landing in Tel Aviv, just an announcement at 30 minutes forbidding movement to the restroom. Tea and coffee were not offered frequently in Business even though several seats were empty and attendants were not overwhelmed. Announcements in English were confused and confusing. NO SIGNS at gate explaining 26 A was for business and 26 B was for economy and these gates were a 3 minute walk from each other. No staff to advise until finally an announcement. Lounge is ‘tired’ with limited food selections. Disappointing all around.

ข้อเสีย: The flight had mechanical issues. They made us sit until 10 pm but still no flight. Then they asked us to go home and come back next day! When we tried to check/in, they said there are no more seats. Then they finally put us on another airline which departed in the night! This is a nightmare. You should not entertain Air-India on your website. I was totally exhausted and taken for a ride by poor airline management.

ข้อเสีย: Since it is our Airlines priority should have been given to its passengers. Flight was awfully delayed thereby wasting more than half a day. Return flight was worse. We landed at 1.30 pm and luggage was not in the belt it was supposed to be as announced . It’s a shame that we had to endure sleepless nights and miserable time in the airport. Swore never to travel by AirIndia again.

ข้อดี: We didn't like anything. We booked the ticket in advance, and they didn't inform us about the time change (plane departed 2 hours earlier than the mentioned time in the ticket). On top of that, the staffs were rude and blamed us for missing flight. After a lengthy discussion, they booked for the next flight. For the next flight (1 am), we waited for the wheelchair after getting the ticket to get to the TSA clearance area before boarding the aircraft. After 2 hours wait, one of the airport staff asked to walk to the security area (several senior passengers had difficulty walking) because it was too close to the boarding time, and no one came with the wheelchair. Very disappointing experience with Air India!
ข้อเสีย: Everything from the basic! The staff surely needs a prompt training in customer service and teach them how to communicate courteously with customers. Need more training to handle issues similar to what we faced, learn how to escalate to their supervisors rather than standing and smiling, and saying that "we cannot do anything at this time." Teach them how to offer free upgrades in this situation, even for the next flight or future flights.

ข้อเสีย: The online check in wasn’t working and so the only seats available were the worst. I was told by staff that the website is often not working so you have to keep trying over and over. This is very time consuming and inconvenient. I was directed to the general boarding queue despite having a business class ticket. Food service was only after takeoff then there were no snacks available for about eight hours. Some of the televisions were not working. There was a drip from the air conditioner in the adjacent seat. Cabin crew did not respond to calls sometimes. The seat was uneven when reclining.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours because they waited for some passengers from a connected flight which was delayed. We just sat there in the aircraft after boarding. Food was poor and though this was a morning flight, there was no coffee/tea.
