Cheap direct flight Bos-Mad

ข้อดี: Two meals and some in-flight entertainment. Not too bad. You can order a special meal (such as vegetarian) by calling the service center, and it's served first.

ข้อเสีย: Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines

Once again delayed

ข้อดี: The crew was friendly and one started bording it when ok.

ข้อเสีย: It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight.

ข้อดี: The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat.

ข้อเสีย: The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter.

ข้อเสีย: - Food was ok but you can do everything by the mobile app but not ask for special food. - entertainment took like 40 min to start working - limited number of movies

ข้อดี: Pretty standard experience on this flight for what you pay.

ข้อเสีย: Delayed. No transparency. Not a single detail with the passengers despite waiting for 2 hours at the airport.

ข้อเสีย: Flight staff was not helpful, in 8 hrs flight there was no entertainment. No vegetarian food options, they said while checking in I should have requested but there was no option during check-in. In return flight I asked ground staff how do I request vegetarian food option and she didn't know. Above all flight was delayed from Madrid to Barcelona, for 45 mins flight it took 2 hrs and I missed the event I was going to spain! Even while returning Barcelona to Madrid flight was delayed by 3 hrs! as there was technical difficulty while take off!
