ข้อเสีย: An hour and half delayed without prior notice. So i had to wait at the gate.

ข้อเสีย: The flight cancelled.first we boarded twice and been waiting for 7 hours Inside and outside the plane thereafter they gave up and decided to cancel it ..it was nightmare

ข้อดี: Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting.

ข้อเสีย: My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me.

ข้อเสีย: The seat pitch is quite narrow makes plane feel crowded. Flight attendant does not pay attention to the request

ข้อดี: Overall service is fine. The crew handles the passenger well and good service was provided.

ข้อเสีย: The food was quite average. The entertainment system has limited movie choices and the screen was rather small compared to modern airlines nowadays.

ข้อดี: Prompt and customer-oriented service. Thank you to counter staff for arranging the seat change. I thought I had confirmed the seating during web-checkin but was told that there was no history of confirming the seats in the system.

ข้อเสีย: flight being delayed for 5 hours is hardly acceptable. The official delayed certificate should be handed out to passengers in a more spacious and controlled area and not when people are alighting from the aircraft, everyone was stuck and unable to get past the crowd. With China flights, i am pretty certain the bunch of mainlanders didnt even know what the certificate was for, they just flocked over to get it because that is their mentality. Aircon should be turned on if people are stuck inside the airline waiting for take off. Reasons such as the aircon is broken is pathetic. If the captain knows the flight is bound to be delayed then let the crew know in advance so they can prepare for our in flight enjoyment better such as refreshments like water to say the very least.

ข้อเสีย: It took 1 hour for checking in in CDG 1 terminal. I missed the next light because of the delayed take off. And they change my ticket to Thai airways which is the fastest from Taipei to next destination.

ข้อเสีย: Check in and luggage drop for share code with Thai airways. It is not clear instruction when booking with Thai airways. We lost time with Thai airways but finally need to drop the luggage at Thai smil counter.

ข้อดี: Excellent service on the plane, staff look after you well despite the shortness of the flight. Food and drink is fairly good. Nice that it's included compared to most European carriers.

ข้อเสีย: Was forced to buy an exit ticket from cambodia despite having checked the government websites which state you don't need one. If this is simply a requirement on the part of the airline it was not mentioned anywhere I could see.

ข้อเสีย: Only issue is there is no alchohol on these flights.

ข้อดี: I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

ข้อดี: The seats are old .. the plane is old .. the flight was delayed 2 hours, food even in first class lounge is not apetising the menu has been cut significantly.. lettuce and tomato say that they are not sourced from China .. must be from India as the quality sucks
