ข้อดี: I've got Turkish Airlines business class seat instead of my UIA premium economy.

ข้อเสีย: I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation.

ข้อเสีย: My family and I were treated badly at check in, refused to weigh my luggage, sent us off to another area to weigh things , then when we came back to the counter, working with different clerk he shouted over everyone head and shouting telling her be careful they have over weight , that was bad behavior and not professional, I asked for the supervisor and I waited for 30 min and no one showed up and I requested his name the Indian man to report him then he disappeared and no one helped me and I almost missed my flight and barely made it, I would never fly on this flight and I don't recommend anyone to use it , flight attendance are not qualified and poorly speak English

ข้อเสีย: Bag drop at Gatwick airport was dreadful!! Only one desk for the whole flight to check baggage. I was in line for one hour!!!

ข้อเสีย: General - King Hamad airport is brand new and yet there still aren't enough gates to comfortably service all QA aircraft.

ข้อดี: Excellent-18 hour flight but Qatar really looks after you. Crew amazing and food is pretty good.

ข้อเสีย: Depending on the plane, you may not get comfortable seats and have difficulty using the touchscreen. The cabin crew is a bit slow in responding to requests and show attitude.

ข้อเสีย: The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that.

ข้อเสีย: Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers.

ข้อเสีย: 3 of our 5 suitcases were out of luck to make it.. they damaged our 2 new luggages and the third one.. we only realized at home... now I have to deal with that too so I will be with Swiss on my mind for a while.. never again!!!

ข้อเสีย: the boarding was weird because of the aircraft change and rearranging of seats. the computer reassigned us very strange, making us seating mostly in one are, while other rows were completely empty.

ข้อเสีย: First, the security took about 15 extra minutes trying to decide if I was the person in the passport and on my work permit. Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!

ข้อเสีย: Impossible to check in at the airport, can only be done online!!! I normally only use my phone for phone calls. Had to go on the web site to check in then get an email sent to me with boarding pass to be able to put my bag on a check in computer!!!all of this while I’m standing at the desk. This is now rediculous way to travel, hope the airline does not go broke with people avoiding travel with this company!

ข้อเสีย: The worst flight ever! Flight assistants no friendly at all during all the journey and even the girls at the desk in Bangkok had no costumer service. Lunch was terrible, I left everything. I tried to order something on the menu but nothing was available. I won't flight with Ukraine international airways anymore

ข้อเสีย: They tempt you with so much food lol although some of the food wasnt too appealing.toilets very clean and seemed to stay that way throughout long 17hr flight.good leg room for a long legged guy like me.felt sorry for lady with two young children.She could have been allocated better seats.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was packed with Jewish people,unfortunately very rude and uncontrollable by the cabin staff,I could see there growing frustration,at telling them to sit down,or stay in your seats! This was relayed by conversations with the other passengers.No consideration for others!which overall ruined the flight

ข้อดี: The crew, Venyat looking after my aisle was exemplary. He kept note of when I was asleep when the service passed through. Whenever I go to the galley, he would notice and asked if I needed anything. And this is in Economy!

ข้อดี: The price was fantastic! Staff was friendly and knew English very well. Food acceptable, but nothing special

ข้อเสีย: No food for free on European flights, but on flights to middle east and further. Seat pitch on one of my four flights was non existent. Knees touching the front seats. The other flights this was not an issue. Transfer in Kiev always by bus.
