ข้อดี: I never usually like plane food but liked Turkish Airline meals on all flights I’ve been on so far

ข้อเสีย: I do like turkish airlines but wasn’t happy with this flight. On check in we were left with seats towards the back of the aircraft. The lady seated neit to us in the aisle seat was in a wheel chair so was a problem if having to get in and out. I didn’t think it was fair that a person who depends on a wheel chair sits so far back on a plane. She also had to deal with our crying baby

ข้อดี: Again, food and service in business class were superb. A newer 777 and more comfortable lie-flat seats

ข้อดี: I like Ukrainian airlines. The flights were smooth and plesened, no fuss. Though no free snack at all, so had to pay even for a cup of tea. '

ข้อเสีย: The worst flight ever! Flight assistants no friendly at all during all the journey and even the girls at the desk in Bangkok had no costumer service. Lunch was terrible, I left everything. I tried to order something on the menu but nothing was available. I won't flight with Ukraine international airways anymore

ข้อดี: Luggage arrived to London after 3 days, had no clothes, chronic medication in luggage and had to see a dr to prescribe it for my 14 yr son, I had to spend over 100 pound to get by unlit I received the luggage

ข้อเสีย: Nothing really except I liked the adventure of living without clothes for three days

ข้อดี: Flight was on time, WIFI on board, decent cooked meal, stainless steal cutlery (this, in economy class) cabin crew was great. All in all - it was a pleasant experience.

ข้อเสีย: WIFI is reasonably priced, but data allowance is tiny (13.90 EUR for the duration of the flight, but capped at 90Mb). It's good only for messaging or emergency.

ข้อดี: They cancelled my flight. Though I did get placed on the next available one.

ข้อดี: Very experienced and kind ground staff as well in the aircraft, BEST PILOTS IN THE WORLD ! Fantastic and generous portion of food, clean and new aircraft.

ข้อเสีย: There is nothing wrong one could mention about Air Serbia - they have great connections, many destinations, from recently even direct flight from Belgrade to New York, very good prices, and beside Turkish Airlines they have the best food catering among European airlines ! I just hope that airport in Belgrade will follow the success of Air Serbia and that "Nikola Tesla" Airport will be upgraded soon.

ข้อเสีย: Food was a bit basic and in-flight entertainment was a bit limited, but on a 2 hour flight not a major problem

ข้อเสีย: People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last.

ข้อดี: Excellent crew service. Smaller aircraft so not as comfortable but OK for a short flight.

ข้อเสีย: Unfortunately, due to queue for anti-icing we were delayed.

ข้อเสีย: It's kind costly flight than air India but , not better than air India , the seats were not comfortable , the food , if a Asian person is traveling then, I think you should provide him the Asian food

ข้อดี: UIA offer a very comfortable seats, their menu looks great and the crew is one of the nicest I’ve ever met. I’m very proud that Ukraine has such an airline.

ข้อดี: Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too.

ข้อเสีย: We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more.

ข้อดี: The boarding was fast and wifi access on board is amazing. The internet just worked, it was fast and really affordable. AirSerbia also offers roaming on board via Aeromobile but did not try that one.

ข้อเสีย: The food was warm, good and tasty. We had an option between beef and chicken, went with the latter and it was good but I had even better options with Air Serbia.

ข้อดี: The flight was on time, extremely polite cabin crew, choice of two hot meals (meatballs and chicken in a mushroom sauce), a nice selection of drinks.

ข้อเสีย: No in flight entertainment apart from a onboard wifi service that is charged, but if you want to send out emails, chat or post an Instagram photo, than it is okay.
