Films limited to unspeakable junk....but hey some might like junk....and classical music limited to Bach's fugues and cantatas which I personally adore and hugely enjoyed, but not much else. Pop and jazz junk. Advantage is that one has/had 12 hours to read a brilliant novel.

ข้อดี: Inflight service was pleasant and efficient for business class. Enjoy the little touch of offering traditional Jordanian food and fresh Jordanian coffee made with cardimom as soon as passengers boarded. That said it is nowhere near the better airlines like Cathay.

ข้อเสีย: Check in counters has no clear signs for Business class if you come from the other side. I checked in at economy counter, wasn't given invitation to lounge or any priority landing immigration pass. There were no communication at the lounge about the delay and can hear nothing of the announcements from the general announcements for the departure hall. No explanation was given once onboard or why aircraft was changed from 787 to Airbus. Boarding was the worse of all with no clear announcements and economy class was boarded before business and there is only one air bridge. Most staff were standing looking like they didn't know what was about to happen.

ข้อดี: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

ข้อเสีย: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

ข้อเสีย: The reception in Shanghai did not at first permit me to connect on my flight to Rome. If I missed that I have a flight on Monday 11am to Geneva that I would miss. My shortened layover in Shanghai due to Manila delay was still 45 minutes but Inwas being asked to transfer and get another flight through the transfer desk. Luckily After a few minutes in line at the transfer desk, was allowed back on my original flight. However and unfortunately, it was due to another 2 hour delay. arrived Rome 815++ pm ISO 6pm.

ข้อดี: Friendly, well presented staff. It appears that most of the crew on the two Thai Smile flights I was on spoke a bit of English which was a plus. Clean and comfortable seating along with a decent meal.

ข้อเสีย: 1. Flight was over an hour delayed with no comment on the cause of the delay 2. Once the flight was boarded the crew made no apology for the delay 3. Once the flight landed in HKG it was parked in a remote bay and every one was crammed into a single bus 4. Checked in bags were not delivered for over an hour after landing (all bags delayed)

ข้อเสีย: When booking this return flight with Air Asia we had to pay for baggage.Not sure if its with Kyak or Air Asia but Having included baggage for outbound we were shocked to find it wasn’t included for the return. This cost us £147 at check in which was a shock.This hasn’t happened with Hong Kong Airlines previously. I think either your website or Air Asia’s need a block when booking return flights so you include baggage for both sectors.This would avoid the shock and excessive cost at check in.

ข้อเสีย: My entertainment screen broke. It took the crew 7 hours to replace it. A crew member said they would sort it, bit nothing for 6.5 hours There appeared be confusing within the crew members about what food I ordered.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was terrible. The boarding process was improperly conducted causing a lack of overhead space in the baggage storage overhead. The entertainment system was broken and the flight transfer process was terrible and confusing. I had the worst trip in over 300 life time trips. I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun.

ข้อเสีย: checkin was a nightmare. over an hour and a half to get bags checked and boarding passes. It seemed like every time there was an issue all the staff would stop what they were doing to see what the issue was. nearly missed my scheduled boarding time. Good thing our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours. guess I can't complain too much for a budget airline. Just sucks that bag checkin and delays took longer than our actual flight.

ข้อดี: Flying from Phuket was so easy, check-in quick and straightforward. I had chosen not to reserve our seats, and this time that meant that we were in the very back row, so had the pleasure of those in front of us in our laps, with no chance of reclining our own seats. It was a short flight, so no real damage was done.

ข้อเสีย: The plane is old. Even though I was flying business but they need to renew their short and medium range aircrafts

ข้อดี: Boarding was no frills and quick, service onboard the plane was an orange juice, however, it’s a 45 min flight and didn’t expect much else. No entertainment onboard.

ข้อเสีย: This grievance has to do with AMM airport. If you have a connecting flight, you will have to clear customs with your hand luggage and go to departures, you will have to go through security checks again and passport control, our connecting flight was 35 mins from arrival and we had to run to make it.
