ข้อเสีย: Arrived 2 hours before flight time (1315) but massive queue at bag drop and security. When got to security it was already 1230 and gate is closing in 25 minutes, I talked to people for a quicker access but to no avail. When I got through security, it was 1305 and the gate was closed. About another 12 passengers on the same flight could not board the same flight. When I talked to someone At the end another is arranged at 1625, only delayed until 1900 for boarding, and took off at 2000.

ข้อดี: My dietary preferences didn't get reported right and the flight attendant was very accomodating and made me a platter of a bunch of sides whereas other airlines in my experiences just say tough luck.

ข้อดี: Request for supply of earplugs was kindly met. Cabin crew were attentive and friendly. Food was some of the best I have ever eaten in Economy.

ข้อเสีย: Check-in staff at EWR were abrupt to the point of rudeness. Did not feel valued as a customer.

ข้อเสีย: The audio on inflight wasnt working on leg 2 of the journey i.e. from Seoul to SFO

ข้อเสีย: As I was about to board, I was denied carrying on my backpack with the few items I would need for the flight, so I was forced to put them into my carry-on suitcase which was loaded elsewhere, out of reach.. The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports.

I would also have liked to have a hard copy menu to look at prior to meals, as unfortunately I couldn't always understand the crew, even though they were fantastic. With a little more detail I could have determined whether something was spicy or not.

ข้อเสีย: Boarding was kind of stupid Delta is boarding in Zones and starts at the front instead of starting boarding passangers sitting at the back of the plane and moving forward NO they do it the wrong way and due to that boarding takes to long and makes you frustrated.

ข้อเสีย: Compared to Virhin Australia crew, Delta staff seem almost poorly trained in comparison. For example, Drlta crew don’t check your pass, don’t immediately move down the aisle to move along tourists busy discussing their seats and then line up for Boarding seems chaotic at best.

ข้อดี: Boarding was swift and cabin crew where attentive. Baggage drop was swift and luggage arrived quickly. Global entry at ATL was swift.

ข้อเสีย: My entertainment screen broke. It took the crew 7 hours to replace it. A crew member said they would sort it, bit nothing for 6.5 hours There appeared be confusing within the crew members about what food I ordered.

ข้อเสีย: Chinese regulation forbid the use of any cell phone during the entire flight... even in flight mode!!! This is utterly frustrating and annoying, especially when the flight is 15 hours long!!! Also food was meat only, no possibility to get fish or vegetarian

Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good

ข้อเสีย: the flight was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss my connection AMS-LDN, where my cousin was waiting to take me on to my Auntys Funeral at 10.30. MU head flight attendant said at first the flight was NOT late, even though we were scheduled to depart at 1245 we waited on tarmac until 1.15 and arrived AMS at 7.10 instead of 6.35.When I pointed out this lie she said "not our problem, speak to KLM lady on ground" ...I did ..and am now waiting for a flight at 13.20 TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT IN LONDON, and 3 hrs AFTER my aunt's funeral.MU..the worst thing is I have them on my return flight to Japan.I am thinking if forfeiting that leg and booking with and airline that cares about their customers, instead of just taking your money.MU never again. Let them treat their own citizens with contempt.

Cabin crew should keep some overhead lockers for their own use. Poor sound quality on Inflight entertainment, either that or Headphones were poor. Food portions were painfully small (lunch of chicken risotto) AND I found pretzel flavoured breakfast bap unpopular.

ข้อเสีย: I was surprised for an overnight flight, no pillows provided, no toothpaste available, need to take hus from plane to terminal

ข้อดี: No personal entertainment devices - you can't use your phone to read a book or listen to music. back to good old fashion travelling. Make sure you prepare yourself with a book and junk food to cope

ข้อเสีย: It was delayed for two hrs for 50mns domestic flight. An i missed connecting bus so had to pay extra 100usd!

ข้อเสีย: Korean Air refused to provide accommodation for my 19 hours layover even I had two flights with Korean Air. The reason provided was simple: "We don't have you on the list". The fact that it's 8 pm and had known nothing about South Korea meant nothing.

ข้อดี: for the flight from Seoul to Singapore, the flight was superb. In-flight services was perfect. food was excellent and the air stewards and stewardess were all very helpful and full of smiles.

ข้อเสีย: Check In process at Seoul Counter. the check-in was stressful. the ground staffs insist on using Check-in Kiosks provided even when it was not working as it should be. Ended up being bounced from one staff to another.

ข้อเสีย: Flight attendant was rude in general (serving food, drinks, answering questions), he skipped rows when giving hot towels (I wasn't served a hot towel). In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold.

ข้อเสีย: The transfer in Manila was like nowhere else. After the security check we were sent outside where buses were driving to claim our checked-in luggage to take it for another check just to drop it one minute later. Anywhere in the world if you board a flight with a stop-over you see your luggage at the final destination, not the case if you fly trough Manila.

ข้อดี: The staff were courteous is very helpful ,the food was okay. In flight comforts were provided such as blacked , eye mask etc. iPads were provided as there was no built in tvs on the plane which provided a good inlight entertainment system. Overall this was a good experience as value for money as the price was cheaper than many other direct long haul flights

ข้อเสีย: The plane it’s self was quite old and tired - with no TVs however iPads were provided which was not a huge difference. There was not a good selection of beverages on this flight -most had ran out prior.
