ข้อเสีย: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

ข้อเสีย: Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

ข้อดี: I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.

ข้อเสีย: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

ข้อเสีย: Can't blame the airline but getting through terminals is time consuming in Abu Dhabi. Seats are small and hard but I felt excellent value for money.

ข้อเสีย: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

ข้อดี: Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience.

ข้อเสีย: Bizarre incident with FA over meal. I'm on left aisle of middle row of 3 seats. Another customer is on the other aisle. Middle seat empty. Both meal trolleys moving up aisles, ten seconds apart. FA leans over me and asks the man on the other aisle what he wants to eat and serves him. I'm busy putting netbook away so my tray table will be empty. FA 'forgets' to invite me to eat. This is an Arab airline???! In 49 years of air travel I have never seen such a thing. I sit there wondering what on earth is happening. Weeks later I'm still bewildered.

ข้อเสีย: Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough.

ข้อเสีย: The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights

ข้อเสีย: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

ข้อดี: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

ข้อเสีย: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

ข้อเสีย: Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers.

ข้อดี: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

ข้อเสีย: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

ข้อดี: The general entertainment/informative systems ran perfectly smooth without hiccups! Cabin crews were all pleasant to everyone onboard and I didn't feel as tiring after my 10.5 hours flying time as compared with other airlines!

ข้อเสีย: The pre-booked in-flight WIFI service can hardly say it's working as the connection speed was way too slow to perform any general tasks and that's ashamed as I paid premium charges for that and didn't expect that I couldn't use the service at last

ข้อดี: Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

ข้อเสีย: Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

ข้อเสีย: I am a frequent flyer from HK to Western Europe and it’s a problem transversal to the majority of the airlines. Service quality drops significantly when coming to Asia. Flights to Europe provide exceptional service.
