ข้อดี: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

ข้อดี: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

ข้อเสีย: I was in the cue to board the plane and the Aeroflot employee just told me that bording is closed, then 7 other passengers came after me and no one was allowed to bored. They literally just didnt let us enter the plane saying that boarding is complete and they don’t care.

ข้อดี: The number of take offs equaled the number of landings :)

ข้อเสีย: Late taking off. Sat 30 minutes at Beijing airport waiting to park, then waited 15 minutes for a bus transfer to the terminal build. Only one bus so deplaned at the speed of the slowest passenger. 10 min bus journey to the terminal building. Missed my flight to the UK. I recommend you use an airline that pays for an air bridge and can coordinate the ground staff to be ready for the planes arrival!

ข้อเสีย: There was a very poor selection of movies to watch:( Last tim ei flew AA, and there was an absolutely huge choice . . . Would love to see that improved . . I think you have to cater for all tastes . . . and that definitely was not the case on my flight

ข้อเสีย: Not that I did not like it but it was more like a surprise to me to have not seen a single Finnish in the crew ... Again, nothing wrong, simple surprising...

ข้อดี: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

ข้อเสีย: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

ข้อเสีย: My wife had a drunk passenger sitting next to her and the crew did nothing to stop the man from misbehaving.....what can I say to this inefficiency ??? I choose to not travel with ETIHAD ever again.

ข้อดี: Crew were nice. It was a very quiet flight so plenty of room to move to other seats - see below.

ข้อเสีย: Although the flight was probably less than half full, by the time the trolley got to us there was only one choice of lunch. People in front reclined their seats right back into our faces. Seats were packed together very tightly. Given the lack of space, better to fix seats to only recline a little.

ข้อเสีย: Water dripping from ceiling. I told one of cabin crew. He just told me what can he do and then left. After complaining to two more cabin crew. Finally, they arranged me to another seat.

ข้อเสีย: Bag drop at Gatwick airport was dreadful!! Only one desk for the whole flight to check baggage. I was in line for one hour!!!

ข้อดี: In flight entertainment was spectacular, and on time with all my flight! Delta is definitely the way to go, along with their affiliate companies! Alaska Air and KLM Royal Dutch Air are fabulous!!

ข้อเสีย: Too little time between flight from Portland in Amsterdam to get my luggage on same plane.

ข้อเสีย: The worst flight ever! Flight assistants no friendly at all during all the journey and even the girls at the desk in Bangkok had no costumer service. Lunch was terrible, I left everything. I tried to order something on the menu but nothing was available. I won't flight with Ukraine international airways anymore

ข้อดี: I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.

ข้อเสีย: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

ข้อเสีย: Even though the same plane was used, the Cuban authorities asked passengers bound to Caracas to deboard the plane, pass to transit, to have us waiting an hour to re board. Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good

ข้อดี: Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

ข้อดี: The crew, Venyat looking after my aisle was exemplary. He kept note of when I was asleep when the service passed through. Whenever I go to the galley, he would notice and asked if I needed anything. And this is in Economy!

ข้อเสีย: On the A350, the seat doesn't recline much. It was quite uncomfortable.

ข้อเสีย: Asked them bot to sit us at the far end near the toilets and guess what.....last tier next to the toilets!! Broke my son’s bugaboo bee pushchair 2nd time due to the way they handle it as they through them instead of caring for them. Service in moscow is very poor.

ข้อดี: Crew was good. Flight was delayed by incoming flight from Oslo so I was anxious that I might miss my connection in Oslo. Flight attendants announced connection gates for transit which was very helpful.

ข้อเสีย: Perhaps a little more communication about delayed flights. Even though passengers were asked to let connecting passengers through at disembarking, it was still very difficult. Perhaps back stairs to the plane as well as front would have helped.
