ข้อดี: Love the A380 it’s smoothness quietness and spaciousness. The experienced mature crew were excellent.

ข้อเสีย: was a packed old plane. It left nearly 2 hours late without any proper explanation food was awful the service was dull. It was a very bad experience overall and checking in and making my reservation was bad because all the information BA already has about me I had to re-enter including my passport.

ข้อเสีย: My entertainment device did not work the entire flight.

ข้อเสีย: Air conditioning too cold. Wasn't offered an evening meal. My luggage went missing and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.

ข้อดี: Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience.

ข้อดี: The Air France service was ok. Got me to my destination on time and alive.

ข้อเสีย: I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!

ข้อเสีย: Small plane.No screens, neither individiual, nore common. Small seats even for the medium sized people like I am. Small departments for hand luggage. No alchochol with meal. Long delay when disembarking.

ข้อดี: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

ข้อดี: My flight with Qantas was late and I missed the flight, they refused to move me to a later flight even though I had a paid ticket!

ข้อดี: The staff were very helpful and professional. The air hostesses regularly checked if I was ok and showed concern when I wasn’t. They made what seemed a bad situation seem bearable.

ข้อเสีย: The food was not very nice and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved.

ข้อดี: The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?

ข้อดี: Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

ข้อเสีย: the connecting times for klm seem to be very close - if your running late to start - you may not make your next one -

ข้อเสีย: I was unable to sit with my wife and daughter. And I was iseated beside a mother with a child on her lap, which was not pleasant, although not the child's fault of course.

ข้อเสีย: Plane almost crashed into a building during take off, had to make a sharp turn to avoid it. Everyone was scaredoing as hell. Terrible experience! :(

ข้อดี: Some of the typical premium economy features in the economy class - like the slippers and eye masks, open snack bar, ice cream between meals, menu for meals.

ข้อดี: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

ข้อเสีย: After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it.

ข้อดี: It is very disappointing that the I have been charged for my luggage. I have been allowed one peace suitcase from London to Stockholm. I was allowed from London but on return British Airways check in staff charge me unlawfully.

ข้อดี: I travel 70 times a year and I try to avoid BA the f I can. This flight 2 hrs late and they ran out of food as hey got to me I’m tge back. The toilets ran out of water 3/4 of the way through the flight so people couldn’t use the toilets. Not good. Zz
