ข้อเสีย: kind of hard to believe my other flight through PAL was the best I've taken. This must have been an older plane or something. No entertainment minimal leg room. Must have just been luck of the draw

ข้อดี: I was very lucky to have two spaces beside me so plenty of room however I know this is not always the case. This plaine was modern with a good selection of inflight entertainment. The on board staff were extreamly courteous and helpful. Food was okay was a good selection of beverages on this flight. You are provided with inlight comforts like blackets etc if you wished to sleep -

ข้อเสีย: Bad snacks, very limited baverage served. Limited selection of movies. very very limited TV shows. Almost no music to my taste, need to upgrade their music options!!

ข้อเสีย: The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

ข้อดี: the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue.

ข้อเสีย: The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine.

ข้อเสีย: There was no uniform procedure in the flights, crew is too lazy to perform their duties. probably the first and last flying with Sri Lankan.

ข้อเสีย: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

ข้อเสีย: Sri Lankan seems to fly very old A320 aircraft on this route, at least for the daytime flights, and these have limited comfort in business class and rather small entertainment systems by today's standards. But it's surprising that the food quality is also poor because Sri Lanka has such amazing cuisine as a country.

ข้อเสีย: Customer service was abismal when I needed to add my infant son to reservations. Spoke with 10 different reps and spent about 2 hours total on the phone. Poor English.

ข้อเสีย: Selection of movies/tv was pretty dire and the wifi was awful.

ข้อเสีย: Poor food quality. When long haul involves 4 flights in total MUCH more variety is required. When the snacks are predominantly cheese based, then that's repeated x4 Entertainment was poor. Not enough comedy, not enough documentaries and again by the 4 th flight, well just try to sleep as you've done all the good movies

ข้อเสีย: Can't blame the airline but getting through terminals is time consuming in Abu Dhabi. Seats are small and hard but I felt excellent value for money.
