ข้อดี: Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.

ข้อเสีย: YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.

ข้อเสีย: The flight was over an hour late. The baggage reclaim belt broke down, which delayed our arrival at the target even more.

ข้อดี: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

ข้อเสีย: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

ข้อดี: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.

ข้อดี: The crew were NOT helpful, The captain didn't inform us well about the delay

ข้อเสีย: More communication with passengers, as well start the Entertainment screens early, NOT after take off ?? which is really strange ??

ข้อดี: Breakfast was slightly better than dinner choice

ข้อเสีย: Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements

ข้อดี: Clean & tidy planes. Good service. Sufficient legroom for me - I'm six foot two inches tall & the 787 was great. Much more room than the airbus we flew to Athens on from Tel Aviv.

ข้อดี: the new seating in Business Class is very comfortable and so similar, although slightly less spacious, than First on some carriers. Crew is top class. Doha is a great airport too. I prefer it to Dubai.

ข้อดี: Seat and crew were amazing but obviously struggled to be proud and confident of their job, can’t blame them if the company cuts expenses all over.

ข้อเสีย: When you fly business class, you expect a different product than economy, because you pay almost double the price. All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards.

ข้อเสีย: Food is becoming more and more of a joke on Lufthansa, gone are the bad sandwiches, now it is just sweets.

ข้อเสีย: Through my own fault I ordered a different seat instead of window seat. :)

ข้อเสีย: make passengers from Nigeria to feel respected and important. Imagine no entertainment in the aircraft in addition to a very poor food.

ข้อดี: The staff were very helpful and professional. The air hostesses regularly checked if I was ok and showed concern when I wasn’t. They made what seemed a bad situation seem bearable.

ข้อเสีย: The food was not very nice and the option I wanted had run out. The entertainment was faulty and had to be reset several times. The comfort was below standard and needs to be improved.

ข้อดี: Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

ข้อดี: The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane.

ข้อดี: Really like the airline, sat in the front rim of economy. My husband is over 6ft and he was happy with the leg space. As was I since we flew right our 1 and a half year old boy.

ข้อดี: The check in assistant put us on an earlier flight to Istanbul we didn’t mind as our next flight was at 8pm so had hoped to leave the airport.

ข้อดี: It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

ข้อดี: I did not like anything from this trip. I just learned my lesson not to travel with turkish airlines ever again.

ข้อเสีย: flight was canceled from previous flight so we had to overnight in istambul and the whole situation was handled very poorly nobody took the time to explain to me what to do and mind this I was traveling with three year old and I found myself crying at midnight at the airport not knowing what to do.

ข้อดี: The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)

ข้อเสีย: Our luggage got stuck in Moscow. We have to wait until the next day to receive our things which results in the possibility of things we bought and need refrigerating getting spoiled.... This somehow ruined the experience..

ข้อดี: The general entertainment/informative systems ran perfectly smooth without hiccups! Cabin crews were all pleasant to everyone onboard and I didn't feel as tiring after my 10.5 hours flying time as compared with other airlines!

ข้อเสีย: The pre-booked in-flight WIFI service can hardly say it's working as the connection speed was way too slow to perform any general tasks and that's ashamed as I paid premium charges for that and didn't expect that I couldn't use the service at last

ข้อดี: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
