ข้อเสีย: The assisted mobility did not work at all well, Perth it didn’t turn up, no help on or off the plane, Melbourne only took you as far as the eating area, with a lot further to go to the luggage reclaim, no one to help me with my luggage!

It’s okข้อเสีย: Checking in was a pain, when there were too many people, the staff didn’t really make any effort to speed up the process, they didn’t care much to prioritise whoever came first, just mixing up those who have problems with their luggage with everyone else.
Cancelled by Jetstar totally rubbish serviceข้อดี: Nothingข้อเสีย: Appalling service got a text about 20 hours before departure cancelling the flight. Alternatives totally unsuitable. 1am or 5 am when I had a daytime flight

ข้อดี: I wasn’t able to select a seat and was assigned a middle seat, but the service desk agent at ADL moved me to an aisle seat without charge. Food was reasonable value and tasty, if cold (who refrigerates a muffin?!)ข้อเสีย: Usual Jetstar pain having to call to add extra luggage (qantas booking) and then curiously Jetstar telling me to ring qantas for an updated itinerary
