ข้อเสีย: Boarding at a tourist location is tough but cabin space is prestigious nowadays. Passengers need to be given clear guidance for carry-on baggage since it delays the onboarding process.
ข้อดี: Honestly the only thing I can say that I liked was that we got back to Fort Lauderdale in less than two hours.

We were told to arrive at the airport for our flight which was delayed incase our flight left on time. our gate changed five different times. Our flight was supposed to leave from Puerto Rico to Ft. Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.

ข้อเสีย: Missed this flight by a few minutes because the previous JetBlue flight was delayed by about 30 or 40 minutes. It would have been better if the connecting flight could have waited a few minutes, then about 8 or 10 of us wouldn’t have had to have been rerouted and spend nights at the airport.
ข้อเสีย: Missed the connecting flight by about 15 minutes, strange that we get delayed for about an hour but the connecting flight can’t wait a few minutes. Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. I also had trouble with being charged for a second checked bag when I only had a single checked bag, would be great if the customer service help desk could help with that at the airport.
ข้อเสีย: The 2.5 hour flight from MIA to NYC was delayed four hours. The gate was changed about four times and the plane that finally arrived was older and had zero outlets. We were not given the option of headphones. Mainly the flights delay was the absolute worst. In 2021 a flight from NYC to MIA is basically a commuter flight and both ways my flights were delayed such incredible amounts of time.

ข้อเสีย: Ground crew were antagonistic and need sensitivity training. After the year we’ve been through they need to “ just be kind”. They were unpleasant and onboard crew not much better and demanding with passengers when people tried to stow their luggage. As a teacher of young students we’ve all focused on empathy and Jet Blue could do the same with their passengers.

ข้อเสีย: I found the ground staff and flight attendants to be REALLY passive aggressive. I have been making this trip regularly and had not flown Jet Blue in a while, I thought I would give it a try… Not again, I’m going back to Delta who just seem a more friendly crew who go out their way to thank the customers and are grateful for a person choosing their airline.

ข้อเสีย: Extremely disappointed about flight 1379 scheduled to depart at 0658, 18 Jun 21. Flight departure was moved to 10:30 AM and later to 12:30 PM without giving any reason for the delay to the hundreds of passengers that arrived at the airport between 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM to meet the airlines requirements. Poor performance by Jet blue. Lost of time and money for me. Thumps down. Blue is my favorite color, live up to it.

ข้อเสีย: Boarding crew in front desk was not too friendly and could have used better words to communicate. Seen I was waiting for 20min before realizing that my gate was changed after check in. I approached the lady in the front desk to see if it was time to get my seats assigned. The lady in the front desk asked me in Spanish if I new English seen I was speaking Spanish to her I really don’t get why me knowing English had to do with me getting my seats. Also I went to gat 7 cuz that’s the gate I printed out 1hr before my fly but had to run to gate 3 cuz JetBlue changed gate seen 7am but couldn’t change it on the check in printouts/information (does that even make sense). Finally the answering service is a lottery you have to pray you get someone nice(and I hate to say this cuz I’m Puerto Rican but we can be so rude in customer service). You can tell from the accent a person has where they from and every time I get a Central American person they are so nice but when you get a Puerto Rican person they can be so rude and almost always you get nothing answer or done. This particular time before my flight I call to get my seat cuz when I flew to PR and almost always I call 24hr before my flight and get my seats assign free of charge. Not this time the customer rep answered and I tell her that I’m calling to get my seats and she answers you can do that when you check in, I tell her that I try but I’m being charged to get them and that in my previous flight the girl said to call 24hr before this flight and I could get them assigned free of charge (which was true cuz I had call for my fly going to PR and the girl also said it too) and the customer rep said well it probably cuz is not 24hr before yet. I told the rep yes it is I’m currently on my way to the airport but I want to get them before I get to the airport and the rep answers well you can do it when you get there (mind you I’ve been on hold waiting for almost 2hr that’s why I’m on my way to the airport cuz I usually do it 5-6hr before my flight but the answering service has been very busy) I tell her that I’m trying to save some time and get them before I get to the airport and the rep said well I can’t help you cuz we can’t give you seat on the phone you have to do it when you check in or wait until you get to the airport and they’ll give you your seats. It’s very frustrating that there’s people like this and they are from the same birthplace as you. So sad!

ข้อเสีย: My mom was supposed to take a JetBlue flight on 06/10/21 at 11:00pm. They called us, saying that the fight was delayed 4 hours. Meaning that she wasn’t going to make it to her next flight to Boston. We ended up changing the whole trip for the next day on Friday. When my mom got the la aurora airport no one told her that the flight was delayed again. But I could see it in my app. The flight ended up being late again and my mom missed her flight to Boston; and they wanted her to wait for more than 10 hours at the airport. And this is just now, my self and my mom had horrible experience with JetBlue before too. It is always one thing after the other, very sad!!

ข้อเสีย: Boarding the flight seemed a little chaotic. From walking outside in the sweltering hot sun carrying our bags to the enclosed ramp leading up to the plane- it wasn’t fun at all!
