ข้อเสีย: I could not check in online the evening prior as there were no more standard seats to select, and therefore could not purchase an extra check-in bag with online prices. I called Eurowings and they advised to just go to the airport and check-in. Was forced to pay a much higher price at the check-in counter at the airport. Either the online system has been set up to rip off the consumer or this is a farce.

Bad experienceข้อดี: Only good thing about flight was it is cheapข้อเสีย: Button of my travel bag was broken during transfer of luggage by airlines.no leg space in flight.
Poor service throughoutข้อดี: Prices of food items was reasonableข้อเสีย: Flight was delayed by an hour . The aircraft had to be refuelled and we were asked to remove our seat belts and wait for an hour.
Service was horrible. The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge

Wrong information and no inclination to help.ข้อเสีย: First leg of flight was delayed by fog. OK... it happens, but almost every customer facing employee along the chain gave wrong information and/or had no inclination to help. Spent an hour going from pillar to post at DUS having been told to retrieve bag from incoming carousel. Told several times it wasn't there and would meet us in DRS. Of course it wasn't. Frankly I've had more help from airlines in the least developed parts of the world. Lufthansa Group.... you must be joking.
