I don't know because j never made the flight. I got a completely different time of the flight than what the time really was which caused me to missed the flight. On top of that I was treated rudely whenever I called to get another flight and I was unable to be helped. Additionally I never got a a refund. I am in the military and was out of 1400 moving costs on a flight that wasn't worth it. Never using again
I found the crowded squashed seating very uncomfortable, , the 380 from Dubai to UK was wonderful, the relaxed atmosphere was great, more leg room, and the staff were extremely pleasant, not sure I want to fly in a 777 again terribly claustrophobic .
Air Canada ground crew where very good and helpful as where all staff
Plane was overly cramped, if you eliminate one set of seats and only had 8 across and less row,
I think you would make great improvements to overall customer satisfaction if the seating was mad alittle more comfortable
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
Air India cancelled its Kochi Agati flight three times the week we planned a trip to Agati. Luckily our flight was not cancelled but there were people who got stuck on the island for 3 to 5 days. Always have a cushion of at least a day for your onward journey from Kochi. The aircraft is ancient and would have been out of service if it was USA airline company.
The flight was very comfortable.
The seats were very roomy.
Boarding process was seamless.

I had asked for a vegetarian meal when I booked the tickets - this request didn't come through on my booking. I asked again at check-in, they informed me I should have called 24 hours before and organised it. Luckily the flight had vegetarian meal options onboard so I did not starve.
The movie selection was not the best. The entertainment unit itself was really good however.
Ethiopian Airlines check in staff made a pigs-ear of my check in process. First they claimed I'd missed the flight (my ticket said 2335 on 15 Dec, they changed flight to 0010 on 16 Dec, but claimed that as my ticket was for 15 Dec my booking was invalid). They proceeded to re-issue me with a new ticket a (for the 0010 fight on 16 Dec), but then also tried to change my connecting flights by one day - even though they should remain the same (in effect the flight was only put back by 35 minutes, so why change a booking for connecting flight by 24 hours?). Fortunately on arrival in Shanghai, air china check me onto the correct flight. However, to compound matters, my luggage has gone missing and, bizarrely, Ethiopian airlines issued all foreign passengers with landing cards for Japan - not China!
Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 6 hours later. We did not get notification of this change. My gluten free meal was not on the flight that was changed. All the airline reps that I spoke with were very unhelpful.
Announcements were made in Japanese, English, and Thai. We were warned about turbulence several times in all languages. Flight to Bangkok from Tokyo had a USB port to charge my iphone, but flight back to Tokyo did not. Service from cabin attendants was excellent. One apologized twice for running out of the lunch selection I wanted to have, even though I was happy with the chicken curry. Courteous staff and pleasant experience, even with a competitive airfare. I would fly JAL again.
I went from beyrouth to Amman and then to istanbul it was just a transit in Amman when I came back I saw all the passengers went to the plain except me I asked the manager of the royal Jordanian about what is happening so he told me : yes you missed ur flight u should pay another ticket we didn't made a boarding pass for your luggage so I told them that it was your fault I didn't get any help I paid 80$ just to get back home I will never use it again !!!! the flight was in the name of : Georges Zakhour.
Exceptionally good food for a flight operating in non-traditional meal times. It was fresh, tasty and extremely well presented. The crew was exceptionally pleasant. The aircraft, an Airbus A-330-300, appeared new, clean and in good condition. Clarity in terms of in-flight rules regarding the use and removal of items used by the passenger, like the airline in-flight magazine could have been better.
Check-in personnel were very slow and they failed to give me a seat in the extreme rear section of the aircraft which I prefer for both comfort and safety reasons. I was placed over the aileron, where I was unable to see or do anything.
Entertainment prices were steep, especially when using personal devices. A planewide AV system would have been better. At large, the general experience was excellent despite a 25 minute delay on arrival, MNL.
I can't even choose what did I like the most about this flight, I was in economy but felt like I was traveling in business...
The crew was excellent, the flight was quiet and calm, great food,..... And so on.
