Also, the food service time was weird - we got a full lunch about an hour before we landed, which didn't make sense, and had to wait almost 5 - 6 hours between brunch and our next meal - a movie snack. Most passengers were famished by the time the lunch was served. Also, why was there no wifi?"

I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children."

We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."

I didn’t like the food. And it was obvious by the end of the trip the staff was just done. Leaving the plane I passed several attendants and they did not say anything. They didn’t thank me for my business. They did t say goodbye or encourage me to come again — they were oblivious and no caring."

Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"

Cons: "they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday"

Pros: "MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras."
Cons: "Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges."

Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc."

Pros: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."
