ข้อดี: I missed my original last flight to Winnipeg due to the congestion of O'Hare Airport, and I reached there in the midnight by the grand detour through Toronto. Anyway, you can easily reach this hotel by walking for a several minutes from Winnipeg Airport. I've never had such an experience before!

ข้อเสีย: I generally enjoyed this hotel, but hotel charge is a bit expensive. In that case, there should be complimentary breakfast.

ข้อดี: Room is comfortable, clean and with good lighting. Bath room is bright and clean. It is so close to the airport in the event of failed wake up call.

ข้อเสีย: Failed my 04:00 am wake up call. Lucky I woke up at 5:09 and I had no choice but to give up shave, shower, shampoo and rush to catch my flight. My heart was still pumping fast after immigration. I felt so uncomfortable all day without shower nor brushing my teeth. Brad, at front desk, has a lot of room to improve his attitude. A sluggish and insincere "sorry" was not acceptable. He said "You still can make it". He should understand I had to give up a lot, including but not limited to, such as ..... in order to make it.

ข้อเสีย: The staff were not knowledgeable gave me wrong information so I missed breakfast. The key system did not work so felt like I really couldn't leave my room. There was no pool as it was under renovation. Had a hard time getting my deposit back.

ข้อเสีย: Pool was down for renovations. There was zero communication about this besides a sign once you arrived. At check out we found out that access was available to a pool at a nearby hotel. This was all very poorly handled.

ข้อเสีย: One elevator was not working, making the wait to use it fairly long at times. The lobby was cold, however, the temps outside were sub-zero.

ข้อดี: It was very clean and smelt amazing! The staff was pleasant. The hotel was beautiful, nice decor everywhere. Including the rooms, classy and comfortable. The room was big and then bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice and the shower was lovely!

ข้อเสีย: I never heard anything about the hote tub being broken until i walked in to the pool took to go use it, which was dissapointing. Also, the pool rooms emergency exit was extremely iced over and frozen shut! No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms either.

ข้อดี: Friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast has a great variety of foods with extras that you don't find most places. Pool, exercise room, coffee available all day, free internet and parking.

ข้อดี: It’s close to the airport. They have a free shuttle back and forth. A major mall is near buy. The staff was amazing and friendly. We have stayed there many times and will stay again.

ข้อเสีย: The pool and hotub are on the small side and can get very crowded quickly. If you book a pool side room (which we did for the first time) is can be very noisy right up till closing time (10pm) and the rooms do not have elevator access. So hauling heavy luggage can be a little nerve racking with children.

ข้อดี: Everything is clean but once you check the bed, so many stains for the bed sheet. Pillow was uncomfortable. Bathroom isn’t stocked well.

ข้อดี: we liked the location of the hotel and the layout of the interior. We liked our room, except for the points noted below. We liked the complimentary breakfast and the restaurant staff. Overall we had a positive experience. In the past we stayed at the Greenwood Inn and at the Country Inn and Suites in the immediate area, but found your hotel superior and would return if we came back.

ข้อเสีย: We arrived quite late in the evening and found the front parking lot full. We checked in and were directed to the rear lot. However, our room key would not unlock the rear door. There was no way to contact the desk from that location and we had to carry our bags around the building to the front. I would have been most upset if my wife was alone in that situation.(the release system on the door was not working properly and after my complaint was fixed the next day). Then in my room I noticed the check-in clerk had not given me enough breakfast passes and I had to return to the desk to get 3 more. A small inconveniece, but coupled with the rear door matter, not a good start to a relationship. The room was nice, except the carpet was stained.

ข้อดี: I only had an overnight here, but the hotel was great, especially for the price paid. The food in the bar area was great too. No problems staying here again if I needed to rest before a flight!

ข้อดี: The beds were very comfortable, loved the full kitchen aspect (complete with dishwasher) and large walk in shower.

ข้อเสีย: The sofa was NOT comfortable. We could also hear the entire conversation from the people above us. (who also had a noisy barking dog) Breakfast tasted quite good, but by 9AM they were out of bowls, and coffee. (unless it was decaf you wanted)

ข้อดี: Clean and Good customer service. I like the fact that they provided papertowels and sanitizer in each tables at the pool.

ข้อเสีย: There should have someone to control the people in the people, maybe a pre registered list, per hour. I suggest that there is a 15minute closure for pool sanitizing. Room was pretty bit smaller than expected and would be glad if theres a hair dryer.

ข้อดี: I was very impressed, the pool area was very good and I did like the hot tub as it was the perfect temp.The front desk staff was excellent, the guy the next day was very friendly and seemed liked he actually cared how you are doing.

ข้อเสีย: They could do without the bagged breakfast and just say there is no breakfast due to covid-19 but I guess still a nice gesture. Some unruly guests in one room that partied all night but not hotels fault. The pool area was a little dirty in the morning.

ข้อดี: From check-in to check-out the hotel staff will constantly blow you away. For the pool VIP experience, go early. Also, the gym on the 6th floor is everything. The breakfast is free with a wide assortment of all your cravings. The bed is so comfortable.

ข้อดี: The Gentleman, short, long-bearded man. We weren’t able to have breakfast at the hotel due to leaving at 445am and he gave us a voucher for the taxi. That’s was professional way to accommodate the needs of gusts.

ข้อเสีย: When guest arrive, it’ll be great to let them immediately get to their rooms and for them to relax immediately. Instead of waiting for 20 to 50 minutes in the main lobby. After all, we know they did their best and we understand that. Thanks.

ข้อดี: King size bedroom was very nice and extremely clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming you to the hotel. Breakfast was great! No complaints

ข้อดี: We are gluten intolerant and in many hotels their breakfasts include just doughnuts and pastries. The Days Inn had eggs, sausage, country potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. More than enough choices.

ข้อเสีย: I wish the Days Inn took Discover. I used Discover to book the trip, and Discover has no foreign transfer fees, but apparently almost no-one in Winnipeg takes it.

ข้อดี: Comfortable rooms. Nice complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Coffee and tea in room. Very clean.

ข้อเสีย: I had booked a month earlier via Expedia. My whole intension was to be very new to the airport as I had an early flight. When I reached the hotel, I was told they were over booked and they relocated me to a hotel down town. Not what I wanted at all! I was not even contacted to be informed.

ข้อดี: The hotel is in a good location, close to shopping centers and everything else you need.

ข้อเสีย: I booked a room with a jaccuzzi suite and when we got there it was just a normal room with a king bed for the same price. I wanted to switch rooms since this was the while reason I booked the room was for the jaccuzzi. I wasnt able to and there wasnt much anyone could do for me, I wasnt happy about paying the amount I did and getting g a normal room with a big bed.

ข้อเสีย: There were two things that could have been better. One was the crowding of people at the reception floor at all times including late evenings.Second was the restaurant was extremely slow in serving.

ข้อดี: Liked the shuttle, wish it were a little bigger, only 4 people at a time. Rooms were neat and clean, the restaurant and room service were great. Good value for our money. We like how close we are to the airport, Polo Park and Red Lobster/Olive Garden. Also easy to get in and out of the city from here.

ข้อเสีย: Didn't enjoy two false fire alarms less than 12 hours apart, especially since our daughter's family was staying next door with a 3 month old and a 5 yer old and the second fire alarm occurred at 2:30 a.m. I suppose we should be glad the fire alarms worked. Also, the chlorine in the pool was so strong it was hard on the lungs and eyes of both the kids and the adults, it made our son in law nauseous.

ข้อดี: The room and hotel premises were absolutely immaculately clean. The restaurant served a good breakfast, with prompt, friendly, and courteous service. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

ข้อเสีย: I had difficulty in getting into my room (Rm 366) when I checked in. It took 3 trips back to the front desk along with my baggage to get the key cards reprogrammed before the hotel manager sorted it all out. There was no house phone on the third floor to call for assistance.

ข้อดี: Nothing. Both checking in and checking out moved in snail-pace. The bed-sheets looked and smelled tired. I asked for a wake-up call for 4.30am and it came at 4.50 instead. Almost missed my flight out!

ข้อดี: The bed was surprisingly comfortable but that is the only positive I could leave.

ข้อเสีย: The room wasn’t cleaned very well, bathroom was pretty gross. Also, the carpets were damp, a little worrying. The walls are paper thin as we heard a noisy room next to us most of the night. And when the WiFi wasn’t working for us, I called front desk who should have taken care of it, but instead connected me to their offsite provider who asked for my name and room number. I didn’t feel comfortable with that, so I just ended the call. The whole stay was very uncomfortable.

ข้อดี: We needed a place to stay while our baby was in NICU in St. Boniface Hospital. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The street was surprisingly quiet, the blackout curtains worked, the hallways were quiet, the beds and pillows were comfy, the breakfast was great, the coffee was hot, and the manger? was super polite and helpful.

The kitchen lady was polite and talkative... good for getting the brain running in the morning. The shuttle service to the airport was handy. Very close to Polo Park (walking distance, even at -14 degrees Celsius). Bus stop to downtown right at the hotel.

ข้อเสีย: The bed was a bit odd. Ordered one bed, got two. One of them was fairly hard, but we got a second, properly cushion-y one that we ended up using.

ข้อเสีย: The phone system would not allow the use of a calling card to make a phone call. The phone system provided instructions on how to make a call using a calling card but the phone system doesn't have that capability.

ข้อเสีย: I did a reservation at booking.com and it never got to the hotel. They never had the reservation. I provided them with the confirmation number and there was no record. Luckily there were rooms available, but it is very annoying.
