ข้อดี: The lobby area is bright and inviting. A reception is held early evening with drinks and snacks. Coffee and tea available at all times. Breakfast was very good. Overall, hotel and rooms are well kept and clean.

ข้อดี: The staff brought up an extra matress for the pullout bed, which was a nice gesture. The mattress was comfortable.

ข้อดี: We loved the room layout of the king suite. Nice an open not boxed off like the other chain hotel we stayed in before. Had a full size fridge and small two burner stove and micro.even a dish washer too. The breakfast was great each day with plenty of cut fruit,oatmeal,yogurt,make your own waffles,toast ,pastries,plus fresh blueberries and blackberries for toppers. There was also a lite fare from 5-7pm Mon-Thursday. We stayed these 4 days and never had to go any where for meals except our lunches. The evening fare was enough for us each night. You have a soup and salad plus some nights rice and stir fry with chicken another was tacos and pulled pork. It's also all you care to eat so you won't starve.you know ahead I of time what's being served. You also have wine and beer for drinks. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. The entire staff at the hotel was great. The check in was quick and the servers at meal times always kept everything fresh and full. We really looked forward to not having to hunt for a place for our main meals everyday. The hotel was just the right size for us kind of cozy not a giant monstrosity with people always coming and going at all hours. They certainly had everything we needed fo our stay. We were very happy.

ข้อเสีย: Really no negatives to think of. But I'm sure people will complain about everything just to be whining. We are easy to please people. We just want nice clean facilities it doesn't have to be fancy and Homewood Suites was this and more.

ข้อดี: This was our second stay at HS and it was as good as the first. We love the fact we don't have to worry about where to eat breakfast and dinner each day. Mon-Thur. The food was great with good choices and was always presented in a very nice fashion. The HS seems to be run so well we always felt welcome the whole time. All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially Estrella and Luz Maria who handled the breakfast and evening meals. They were so nice. We really liked the open layout of our suite. We didn't feel boxed in like their competitors rooms. The room and bathroom were clean and kept that way through our 4 day stay. We had no parking problems. You are right across from Gulfcoast shopping center with Pro Bass Shop and others. Check-in and out was simple as we booked through Kayak/Hotel.com. The beds were also very comfortable.

ข้อเสีย: The "grease spill" that occurred afternoon on 8/11/10 was so incredibly bad that the horrible.....horrible smell permeated the entire 1st floor. It was so bad that I could even smell it in my room. I began to get nausious after a while....and left to go buy air freshener. Something more should've been done as the common areas were uninhabitable for a while that night.

ข้อดี: Althought the hotel was close to airport, we never heard any planes. We also liked the rental car company and Cracker Barrell were walking distance from hotel. Staff were very friendly and always greeted you coming & going.

ข้อดี: Rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Nice pasta buffet and live music. Loved the outdoor space! The fellow who checked us in was super friendly and gave great detailed information.

ข้อเสีย: I would have given an excellent except for the noise level. We could hear the guests in the rooms next to us and unfortunately it was late at night and early in the morning. We could practically make out their entire conversions. Was woke up at 1:00 am to late comers partying and again at 6:00 am to guests leaving...(had to listen to their 1 hour long "getting ready to leave" conversations). Also the cleaning staff brought new towels as we asked but left the large dirty pile of towels on the bathroom floor.

Staff could nothing but give us 2 breakfast voucher even there were 5 guests. After complaining he offered 2 more 2 more vouchers. Just not a family friendly atmosphere. Our waitress in morning when 3 of us went to breakfast was friendly, smiling and very nice!

I made two separate reservations and told the individual at the front desk about both at check in However, I was locked out at 3:00 pm after the first night. I had to go back down to the front desk, four individuals deep and wait while my food got cold. Then it took the front desk person about 15 minutes to get me an updated room key to get back into my same room. Very very frustrated by that experience. Other small issues when checking in but nothing major. Was not offered my complementary water or breakfast as a Gold member. ข้อดี: The pool was good size for short laps and it was clean. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It was convenient to print my airline boarding passes in the business room and the free wifi was good. Overall most things were good and we are returning in August for another three night stay.

The fitness room has a treadmill with some unidentifiable buttons and the media function on the treadmill I used did not work; there is not a lot of room for floor exercises. There were no clean towels for use in the pool area when I finished my laps and I had to get to my room on the fifth floor dripping wet.

ข้อเสีย: Construction was being done while we stayed.. Also, since we left the room at eleven AM one day we missed the maid services... We put the sign on the door asking for our room to be serviced but it never was.

ข้อดี: The hotel looked new. and was very clean. The front desk lady was friendly and very helpful. She upgraded us at no charge. WiFi was free, and easy to use. Breakfast bar was good, coffee especially. AC worked well. Nice pool.

ข้อดี: I have stayed here numerous times even when it was under construction ayah wad always pleasant, place wad always clean, and it is convenient to many places. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are so clean. Breakfast was great would recommend to anyone.

Asked for a quiet room and they gave us the loudest room in hotel - closest to the lobby adjacent to the elevator and housekeeping. They were not even willing or able to provide a receipt for the bill.

ข้อเสีย: - air conditioner was not working properly, was turning on and off all night and seemed to have a mind of its own. - my girlfriend and I just had our flight canceled and had been at the airport all day for 10 hours and just wanted to get a room and sleep, yet the front desk agent would not stop talking to us about random things. Then we get up the next morning at 4 am to make our early flight, walk out to the lobby to check out, and the front desk agent was laying on the couch by the fire and said "Hey guys!" and ran back behind the desk to help us. Should be more professional.

We had to finally turn it off and sleep without it and it was very hot! We would have called the front desk but this happened at 1 am and we didn't want to switch rooms in the middle of the night. We told the front desk the next morning.

ข้อดี: The Best Western Airport Inn exceeded my expectations in all areas. From the moment I arrived, AAron at the front desk was both extremely helpful and very pleasant. I had expect a good, clean facility and room, but the room was big, comfortable. and immaculate. I had expected a continental type of breakfast with okay coffee and maybe some rolls. What I got was a full breakfast that carried me most of a long day, with eggs, sausage, and other things including great coffee. The pool and pool area was as clean as the rest of the facility, and it felt good after a long flight. I definitely with be make again.

The room was very poorly cleaned and i was terrified to sleep in such a room, however due to high season all hotels were booked. No excuse to find such filth and rude.

ข้อดี: The staff were accomodating and attentive. The hotel was very clean. This hotel is about a little over 10 minutes from the airport. There is a Sam Sneads tavern & a Uno pizza across the street from the hotel. This hotel can meet most folks needs if they are traveling. It is not a destination hotel. It is tucked in along highway I-75. There wasn't a noise problem from the highway but I thought the roads were too busy to run along. I found a road side trail about a 1/2 mile on Daniels road toward Fort Myers. Ran into some wild pigs along the Cypress road section of the trail. The pigs were not phased me or the rush hour.

ข้อเสีย: I had a nonsmoking room which had a thick odor of cigarette smoke. It was suppose to be a single King but there werer 2 beds in the room. They looked to be 2 queens which was more then big enough for me. I was given a new room with 2 queens down the hall which fixed the problem. However, the TV did not work and the mirrored closet door was broken. I only stayed one night so I did not fuss over the TV. They had a morning breakfast with some hot items and basic fare. They ran out of many items ( like cold cereal, and eggs) by 7:30am & took some time to restock. I was pressed for time so I was fine with some oatmeal, bagel and juice.

ข้อเสีย: Lots of disgusting things noticed in our room. Bathtub was disgusting so we showered in flip flops, questionable stains on carpet, couch, and comforter made us uncomfortable. Bought Clorox disinfectant wipes to do our own desanitizing while there for the short stay. If the room would have been SANITARY it would have been a completely different experience.

ข้อดี: Can'n say enough about two employees at the Baymont Inn & Suites. On multiple days Ed gave us helpful information on how to avoid traffic and see a must see of the Edison and Ford Museum which we would of skipped and was not on our trip plan. Breakfast was super every morning and hot and Ed also recommended an Italian restaurant that was very reasonable and very good. "Pizza & Pub" A lot better than it sounds! Rick on the desk in the late afternoons was also exceptional, very, very helpful and with charm in all our questions. Rick went way out of this way in calling his dad to help with a short cut to the everglades and even gave us his cell phone number if we got lost of needed further help. These two guys are A+ and made the difference and not just the hotel property. Also loved the rocking chairs

ข้อเสีย: Upon arrival there was NOBODY attending the front desk and a sign said "gone to the airport, sorry the inconvenience" when the person arrived 30 min later, she checked in the persons in the shuttle first and totally ignored me, after waiting for 30 min for them to arrive. Meanwhile the front lobby had breakfast cereal sitting overnight... the breakfast was poor and disgusting, expired food. So went to mcdonalds next door instead. The mattress was terrible and ended up with neck pain, the AC turned off throughout the night and when requesting late check out they rudely said until 11:30. The staff was very rude all the time... we were really hoping the stay would end soon!!

ข้อเสีย: It's not right at the airport as one might assume based on the name of the place. Airport cabs are not cheap, and the shuttle is not free. Water pressure in the shower was very low, and that's a problem that shouldn't happen, regardless of price.

ข้อดี: The location was very convenient. We had an early flight, so we stayed at the Travelodge the night before. The room was clean, staff was friendly. Besides being 10 minutes from the airport, the hotel is 10 minutes from downtown Ft Myers and 10 minutes from Ft Myers Brewing. There is also a sports bar 2 minutes away and almost every fast food chain is right there to. Perfect place to stay for us.

ข้อเสีย: Its a very basic room. Very small bathroom, shower etc. On the noisy side..both room to room, and in room (ie ac noises, plumbing noises etc). TV was by todays standards....poor. Small, 480 res. poor picture even at that. Odd white stain on carpet (your guess would probably be correct). Power plugs simply fall out of outlets.
