Hotel Staff - Limpieza - Facilities Price
Location, Hotel Services and Activities. Smoke in the casino, decor beginning to be dated
The room and the hotel decoration was amazing. I did not like the room entertainment was very poor. Usually you get to see movies at not extra cost, however at the Bellagio it was a charge of 12 dollar per movie. Frankly, quite disappointed. Also, the restaurants were closed at 10 or 10:30, quite early if you want a late dinner after the show. The access to the spa was also at extra charge regardless if you were having treatment or not.
Size of room, location on the strip
Sheer luxury combined with class. Tips; tips; tips and more tips. Do the hotel pay for the services or do I?
The casino, room, and the great atmosphere I liked everything ! :) Loved the hotel
The resort fees they charge are rediculous, I have no idea what these are for
Concierge service was superb. The quality of the food was excellent and the professionalism shown by the staff was second to none Nothing
Staff was very helpful and courteous, location was perfect, pool area was well maintained and not too crowded. I also find Bellagio size to be just right, with enough different options of things to do but not overwhelming. I also liked that they had chairs and little tables scattered all around the hotel so that you can have your drink while people watching, just like you are in a cafe. Plumbing in our bathroom was very noisy and would bother us during the night
Clean, smart, luxury hotel with a central location. Certain bar staff were uninterested in the customers they were serving, on one occasion when asked for milk for tea, swung the fridge door open at such force it swung back on himself. The drinks were thrown down instead of being placed. A level of service not commensurate with this very nice hotel.
i loved absolutely everything about this hotel, the staff were fantastic the whole place was amazing, i cannot recommend more!
Loved the Location. Very slick premises Hard to suggest anything bad. Over all a great Hotel. Get to the pool early if you want a good spot
Big and beautiful hotel & suites. I did not like the fact that there is no space to put things in the fridge. Is stocked with their stuff and will charge you if you move it.
Room large, comfortable, amenities very limited, towels not overly abundent, they were rough not plush, soft Getting from one area of hotel to another difficult, finding way around was somewhat difficult. There was no hotel book which described Resturant's, where located
Clean and nice hotel in a good location. There's nice restaurants inside. The pool is crazy. We went down one day at 11:30am and there was not a free seat anywhere. Absolutely packed. Went down the next day a bit later so we expected there to be no seats available but there were towels laying all over seats and on the plants. It was very messy and disorganized. Here's a tip, instead of the staff standing around chatting where you collect the towels why doesn't one of them walk around and check for free seats and clean up the towels so guests don't have to ask every single person if the seat next to them is taken. Be careful of the surface near the pool when it's wet, if you are barefoot it can be very dangerous and slippery. I saw many people slipping over. 2 basic cocktails plus tax = $40. Ugh.
The location and inside the hotel The pool was so disgusting and dirty
Parking lot so far away from rooms
Beautiful, romantic Italian setting hotel. Room was huge and very comfortable. 3 TVs. View was good and could see the strip. A lot of restaurants, but they were very expensive. Although there was a food court that was reasonably priced. I did like the fact that the Palazzo and the Venetian were attached and you could use the casino vouchers in either casino Would have liked coffee in the room. Most hotels now a days have a small coffee pot in the room.
Gorgeous common areas, comfortable interiors, and (importantly and uniquely for Vegas) a well-designed layout that makes accessing guest rooms easy. This is truly a huge resort complex, yet you can still get in and out of it from your room with ease. It was also easy to find adequate (albeit pricey) dining with minimal wait. There is nothing worse than having to wait forever to be seated at a restaurant in your own hotel, and this was never an issue in The Venetian. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back for sure. The rooms, while beautiful, are in need of modern amenities like charging ports, easy-to-access power outlets, better lighting controls, and larger TVs, just to name a few things. We stayed in a 1300 sq ft suite, and the living area was 40" or so. I realize this may sound trivial, but it's 2017 and this is a 5 star resort. Another issue we had was the relative lack of reasonable dining options. There are over 40 restaurants inside the property, but (aside from food court-type options) only a couple are reasonably-priced.
View room description is misleading. Only view was of empty pool. View limited view of strip. Save the $40 per night for upgrade. There at of the hotel was awesome. Will come back with standard room.
It is a nice and clean hotel The carpets in the rooms need to be updated
Decor is outstanding
Decorations were wonderful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed eating at restaurant. Breakfast was really good! The entire place was very clean. Can't think of anything.
The comfort, design of the room and food.
cool atmosphere, very comfortable bed, you can set the alarm on the tv to open the drapes, put the tv on your preferred channel, and set the temperature.
I liked the accomodations in the room- very elegant yet modern, clean and sophisticated check in process- they didn't have a room available that wasn't non-smoking and then after some complaint they found a room
the hotel is realy good and worth visiting
The Mexican restaurant Javier's was amazing!!
There was not enough staff on the check in desk. This made check in take far too long.
I liked a luxury, confort, gourmet, cassino location. The elevations is not clouse my room.
Location was great. Decor was very modern. Hotel smelled really good throughout the day. Horribly customer service, unfriendly front desk staff. Don't expect them to accommodate your needs, even though you have prior reservations. Also, the way the floor/rooms were laid out is confusing.
amazing beds couldn't win anything
Very nice design and beautifull modern ambiance! Not a real 5-star hotel. Poor service. Everything in the minibar is sensored. Feels like you are beeing watched!
The location was great, staff was overall friendly. To start this place is truly a maze. Waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. I feel like I spent most of my time waiting on one. I got so sick of waiting I took 20 flights of stairs down to the casino. Saturday morning between 7-8 am I woke up to a fire alarm in the hotel. Can I just say this hotel was more stressful than I imagined. I was really disappointed. I have added this hotel to my do not stay list.
Ac didn't work n staff was rude
great location! lots of fun things to do right around the hotel. great pool! the nook and nook express is seriously the best little restaurant ever! when checking in we were told that our booking for a non-smoking room with two double beds was a "request" and because of that, we were bumped to a smoking king room. this was at 1:00am after having stood in line for 45 mins (the self check in kiosks are a joke). we accepted our fate and couldn't argue with the front desk woman as we didn't have a copy of our hotel booking itinerary on hand. she did hold a room for us for the following day but the bad impression had already been made. after checking the booking itinerary there was nowhere on it stating that our room type was just a request and this is why i am so irritated by the whole situation. what's the point of booking of the room you want if they just decide to change for you themselves??
Room was excellent
Good location on the strip, 21+ only pool, decent value Expensive parking, small rooms. Found lots of gross hairs in 'clean' bed. Bathroom doors were like sliding closet doors so no privacy! Good luck with your post buffet poop!
Price for stay Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices in rooms. Not a good selling point when most people travel with multiple devices.
The staff, room, location, restaurants The elevators. ALL ELEVATOR banks are extremely slow and overcrowded. In some cases 20-30 minute wait to get to your room (or down to the lobby)!
the hotel was a great spot to have a classic las vegas feel without paying the las vegas prices. you can enjoy nice rooms, casino, and a pool all included. the rooms were a bit small and the elevators took forever to come when called. the hotel is not a premier hotel but on a budget it is worth a try.
Central location for exploring the strip by foot. Great restaurants on site. Hard to navigate inside the hotel, not well marked to get from hotel to parking garage.
Location is great. Staff was friendly. Price was good. Only thing I didn't like was that there was no soap. I don't Use body wash
This is a great budget hotel to stay in, the rooms were very clean and modern plus the beds were comfortable. Wonderful staff and location. I would recommend staying here Sunday through Thursday, Friday night was really crowded. This was expected for the price, the pool was small but fun, unsavory groups of frat boys walking around partying in the hallways, and very crowded elevators so crowded you had to wait awhile to get on.
Good hotel and location The smell of the casino
Room Cleanliness Ease of everything Casino Bars
The location and low room rates are two of the best things about TI. The pool is nice enough. The rooms are mediocre but cheap. The smoking is overwhelming in places like the casino and pool
The location is great, close to Wynn, Venetian, Mirage. The Suite was large. $5 tables during the day for fun. TI is a cheaper alternative tot he Wynn and Venetian and lets you stay in the same area and go back and forth walking to the nicer properties. The property and our suite were pretty dated. Our suite was large, but the furniture was old and worn out. The room was really dim at night, not enough lighting and it smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking room. The hotel does not offer any kind of pressing service, they only have dry cleaning that they send out. My clothes were already clean, just wrinkled from my suitcase. Paying for cleaning them again and waiting one full day to get them back sucked. They charged a pretty hefty "Resort Fee" but I have no idea where the resort is. All I saw after being there for a week was my room and the Casino. I never went to the pool. I was disappointed they stopped doing the pirate show in front. Also, the restaurant choices suck. Who wants to eat at Senor Frogs when there are so many top chef places next door at Venetian or Mirage? Overall, TI feels like more of a downtown property than one on the strip. If you get it cheap, it's OK.
Everything was great! The wait to check in was a bit slow but other than that.... my favorite place to stay! Like I said the wait to check in on Saturday was slow an there wasn't even a long line! If clerk would of just made eye contact an said just one moment that would of been nice! But once being helped she was very friendly
Central location, bathrooms were really nice, everything you need/could need is in one building.
The hotel overall was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very very small for the size of the hotel and the hotel bathroom didn't have a fan for showering.
Convenient location Resort fees are a scam to extract money with little/no value. For the cost, the Health Club needs to be open 24/7 and have more equipment.
Location was great! Right in the middle of the strip. We were also able to leave luggage at the front, secured, before we were able to check into the room so we could go enjoy the strip! Not the cleanest hotel I have been to. Mold on the ceiling, bathroom counter wasn't cleaned very well, old dried pink/red liquid on the wall.
Nothing... HOTEL .COM IS ALL LOT BETTER TO BOOK FOR ROOMS. They will not give REFUNDS.
I liked that it was central. The room was clean and fairly quiet. What it lacked was coffee maker or kettle. Your forced to buy a coffee maker across the street at Walgreens or spend 20 bucks a day on Starbucks. Very smokey environment could not spend much time in the casino. Very tight machines so don't plan on gambling here. Vegas is not a good choice for Canadians right now and I would avoid it. Totally overpriced.
The gym and spa were very good. The hotel staff was pleasant. The food was good. Pushy aggressive sales people at Perfume 11 caused an overall negative response. I have already told five people to avoid this shop.
The low room rates advertised were for cheap motel rooms a long walk from everything else. Having to upgrade to get a decent rpoom convenient to everything.
On our last day there, checkout was at 11am but we had the cleaning service either knocking or trying to open our hotel door since 8am. I understand that maybe most people are out of their hotel room by 8am, but we had until 11am. Either way the last time they opened our door, I was fresh out of the shower and completely naked. The cleaning lady apologized but the damage was already done. I was extremely embarrassed and I really will never again book with circus circus.
The front desk at check in was accommodating. The beds are comfortable. It was nice to have food options within and nearby the hotel. The sink in our room was clogged/blocked so the water took awhile to go down. The shuttle to the airport was cash only and only shuttle. Should be shuttles to the strip.
Room was nice. Rooms have no refrigerators or microwave or coffee pots. Parking was always a drag to find, tv didn't work and no one came to fix it. Everything was so expensive even water cost way to much.
The rooms the shops The tables and the play not many people
Staff was great Room smelled like damp clothes, woke up at 3am to find crickets on my bed and wife woke up at 9 am with bed bug bites all on her arms and legs. Had to pay for valet parking even tho we had a room reserved
Room was fair Building was dirty and a bit sketchy.
It was cheap and it wasn't a budget motel. Mattress was way worn. We were rolling off the sides because there wasn't enough support left in the thing. There was a bit of an odor in the room we never did identify. The escalator wasn't working from the midway up to the second floor. But I didn't expect too much more for $85 a night.
The front desk staff was great. A lot to do. The discription was not the same as the hotel stay. I got a late check out due a flight delay which was great. I wanted to sleep in later but house keeping knocked on the door 3x before 10am. I also had th do not disturb sign on the door.
The hotel was very nice with great staff. The location on the strip is great! Food was outstanding in all of the hotel eateries. Very easy access to all of Vegas either walking the strip, seeing the Bellagio fountain show across the road, or catching a taxi to see more of Vegas. Had prepaid for our room we thought and then was stuck with an unexpected resort fee upon arrival. Prices for everything from restaurants, drinks, to gift shop items are outrageous.
Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a coffee maker and a fridge. That the housekeeper didn't replace our used wash cloths. No shower cap and bad bathroom lighting.
lady at desk who helped me to check in, was the best. friendly, efficient, and knowledgable.
Eateries on property The experience, the crowd, the noise in the room, the drip all night long in tap of tub
It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer
Very conveniently located. Excellent valet parking Main restaurant on casino floor very noisy. Unable to hold conversation.
No free parking . Was not given the option to park for 20 mins also while I checked in. I had to drop my rental car at the airport and return in Uber. While checking out luggage services refused to get my luggage at the North End entrance which is the designated pickup spot for Uber/Lyft ( this is deliberate to force you to use cabs) . I had to carry 2 carry ons and a large check in bag from one end of the hotel to another (half a mile almost) to reach the North end . Luggage services did not provide a trolley as well. Very disrespectful of paying customers. Luggage services , parking rules
Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.
The hotel is beautiful and much larger than appears on the outside. The pool side area looks inviting and they do offer a spa/gym that looks agreeable but my visit was purely for business purposes this time and I was unable to use these amenities. I had dinner at Mon Ami Gabi and it was fabulous. Menu was fantastic, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was all brought out as requested and very very good. Petite Suites are gorgeous with a nice meeting/sitting area and two bathrooms which was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival there was a very long wait to get checked in and it seemed like there were more employees standing around rather than calling on guests to help them. They have "rapid" check-in machines that seem like a waste of space as I couldn't get it to work for me no matter how I tried. The first room I was checked into was a beautiful petite suite but had a rancid smell and upon calling maintenance and waiting roughly an hour they came in and told me there was a gas leak coming from the sewer due to a broken seal in the toilet that the maintenance guys were aware of and shocked they actually put somebody in the room. Instead of helping relocate me and my luggage they had me pack my bags and go back downstairs to wait some more so that I could get reassigned a room. My second room smelled equally as bad but like a children's pool that hadn't been cleaned all winter. Within 15 minutes I had a horrible headache and was back downstairs. They moved me a third time and offered me a small credit to use in one of their restaurants or spas. Although this did not make up for what I had already been put though (and the stress, anxiety, and headache I was now stuck with) I was running late to a meeting that I should have had plenty of time to prepare for so I took what I could and ran. I had my meeting at their French Bistro and it was lovely. My bill came, I charged it to my room, and retired for the night knowing I had a very long day ahead. After getting back to my room I realized they have no water located in the room. I was exhausted and the thought of going back downstairs was dreadful so I just went to sleep. Upon waking I found my bill and realized they had not removed the credit I was given for my previous days troubles. I called downstairs and they told me that the restaurant, although located at Paris, is not owned by Paris and therefore was not approved for the credit. I was told if I wanted to speak with somebody at the desk upon check out then I was more than welcome but there was nothing they could do for me. So back downstairs I went, again. After waiting a few minutes I was helped by a lovely lady who tried her best to understand the situation and show that SOMEBODY in that hotel cared at least a little. At the end of the day I got onto a flight to come home wondering if I could every come back to Paris for anything more than a restaurant that wasn't even owned/operated by the hotel. I travel to Vegas for business multiple times a month and would like to be able to say I would try this hotel again but I am extremely unsure at this time.
Very nice room. Night time registration staff was very friendly; day time not as much. We had to switch to another room because the first one we were in sounded like a strong breeze was constantly blowing, almost as loud as if a vacuum cleaner were right outside our door. They moved us immediately upon request.
Location was great! It is hard to get to your room. Especially when you have luggage.
. The coffee in the rooms were horrible. All and all ive stayed at a motel 6 and was more satisified with it than the Paris. Very disappointed and what a cheap place . The coffee in the rooms were horrible. All and all ive stayed at a motel 6 and was more satisified with it than the Paris. Very disappointed and what a cheap place
our room was terrific, overlooking Bellagio fountains, and has a balcony, so great in the evenings. Really well appointed. The swimming pools were modest a but very accessible. Staff great. Plenty of dinning options. Not really built for gambling , but you have many choices on the strip so not really a problem
Impressively decorated, beautiful hotel with beautiful people.
The rooms are a perfect size and the hotel has fantastic if not pricey food options. Would go just for the food if I had to! Cigarette smoke in Vegas is a real issue. If you don't like your entire wardrobe smelling of cigarette smoke, I'd suggest one of the strictly non-smoking hotels.
The room was pretty and our cleaning ladies greeted us everyday and were really super friendly. For the price, we would've preferred a nicer view....when we booked it led me to believe we would have a view of the strip but when we got there, the front desk said they may not even have the Bella Suite at the Palazzo available. It was confusing. They finally made one available... but honestly this hotel is way too expensive. Not impressed. And that's sad...
The room was soooo beautiful and large and had a great view of the strip. There wasn't anything we didn't like. It was fabulous.
Location, casino, upscale The bed and pillows horribly uncomfortable for a 5 star propert
The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms were nice and tidy. Overall, a good place to stay.
Complimentary water , coffee and wifi not provided
Staff was quite pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in our experiencing a nice stay at The Palazzo.
I loved the size of the suites and the comfort of the room. It was the perfect size for my group. The cleaning lady did not come in to clean when we asked her to come back after we left. She did not come back to later in the evening and she did not do a good job of cleaning.
The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. Roomservice were fast and most of staffs were nice. Overall it was very clean and cozy. Somehow the security alarm went on at 5am while we were sleeping. It was very annoying and wasn't pleased with that. When I checked out I mentioned that to the staff. she told us that it was just the security alarm and acted like it is just nothing. Besides the alarm thing, other things were okm
Rooms, pools, workout room were all good. Delays in checking out, skeleton crew, trying to charge another 40 bucks per teenager in top of the pricey resort fee. Gouge
Staff very professional and helpful, room neat and clean Noise of cleaning near our room in the morning, can't sleep in or nap mid day, but it wasn't really that bad, I know they have a job to do
Free parking was lovely! And so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance!
Check in was very easy. Food and drinks are very expensive.
No solution and for check.out stand in the big queue. Not pleasant
Very central hotel and a good price, particularly midweek.
I would not stay there again. Would not honor discount they sent me as I booked through you. Rooms were much higher than what we booked them for. Check in staff indifferent to rude. Room was ok. Security, cleaning and bell staff were great. Hotel scheduled grease trap clean out for 12 a.m. Sounded like a leaf blower running in our room. Desk staff initially were rude about the issue. Had to go to desk in my pajamas and ask for manager. They did move us to a quiet room at that point. Crowded. Noisy. Slow elevators.
Perfect location to visit all the city attractions. Comfortable room.
The room we were originally given was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. Was hoping for an apology for the dirtiness of the room. Guest service rushed me off the phone wasn't very caring to the situation. Would of like a discount of some sort for a bad start to my vacation.
Convenient location. Good dollar value. I could not figure out how to connect to the internet on my lap top. I was to busy and did not take the time to explore help through their help desk - the number was right beside the connection.
A great place to stay in Vegas. No complaints except that the casino took a lot of my money! If you are someone who would use the pool frequently, request tower II, as those in tower I have to walk through the casino in their swimming gear.
Great Buffet, Shower Stall, Friendliness of Staff, Value for Dollar, quiet room, Location. Smoke in Casino, Rooms need upgrading.
Beds were comfortable, food was good at Buffett.decent size rooms. All day Buffett was a good option too. Pool area good if you all pools were open .staff were quite friendly. Didn't like the timeshare ticket people approaching us every time we walked through the casino. Would have preferred the larger pool to be open rather than one small family pool and adult pool as it got extremely busy. Jacuzzis were full of small children mostly unsupervised by their parents it was a like a creche in there .Would have liked to be told about the interconnecting doors before getting our room As it was a noisy week.
great value for the money you pay for the rooms and cleanness of the rooms very good some staff were very blunt and not very helpful but some were very helpfull and helped out with discounts on shows trips etc
Staff were friendly, entertainment was enjoyable and the hotel was in a great location> The rooms were very basic, no kettle or fridge available for drinks in the room.
location 1) looooong line to check-in (about 45 min!) 2) extremely loud music in the casino 3)cafe/restaurant choices are quite poor, mostly junk food
I like the spa I did not like the secure of the hotel and the service
i thought the hotel was fantastic and the comps were great thank you i ahs a players card. the room was slightly below average and i lost on the tables !!
it was a young and lively hotel that suited our age group ( 25- 31 yrs), quite a casual atmosphere and great pubs/nightlife
Very nice hotel-casion of Las Vegas, one of the most "human" and nice to visit. Noisy, bit certainly like most of hotels in Las Vegas! Depending of room location rolercoaster could be noisy (but end at 11 PM).
To return again. None
I liked the location. Wish the room would have had a more "Vegas vibe" but can't beat the location.. right across from MGM. & The Staff was great. Boring room interier.
Got a room on a high floor and the location was perfect. Overall bad customer service. The shower was not working. Alarm clock was not working. Front desk manager didn't give a damn. Hotel was fully booked so obviously they wouldn't care ... The room was old and shabby ... no bottled water in the room, no hot water kettle, no tea/coffee in the room. Would not stay here again for sure. There are many 4 star hotels on the strip that over way better service and value for money.
location and good value for money check in took to long
NY NY theme Lack of tea/coffee making facilities limited tv channels Lack of restaurants/cafes serving meals on crockery rather than plastic plates.
The Wynn is always the best.
The rooms are REALLY nice and clean. Even if your a guest of the hotel you pay $18 Valet. The parking valet is too busy and takes so long to park and pick up your car.
The rooms are some of the best in Las Vegas. The motorized drapes, light controls, etc are over the top. Beds are very comfortable. Food in restaurant was top quality. Check in process is one of the WORST in Vegas. I am not sure if its their infrastructure, software or process but I waited in line for over an hour. What I also observed is the clerks have a book with pictures of the rooms and it seems like they are trying to up sell larger rooms. When you are dealing with a lot of foreign guests with a language barrier, this process takes significant time. Literally, some guests were at the desk for more than 15 minutes for check in process. I like hospitality but having long conversations explaining everything about the hotel and Las Vegas in general need to take place at the concierge. Not sure if I will subject myself to this again. Beverage service in Casino very very very poor. Had 8 in our group at Black Jack table and could not get service. When I tried to go to the bar and BUY drinks, they would only sell one drink per person standing there at the bar. Dumbest thing I ever heard. After remembering this, I am sure I will NOT subject myself to this again. No more Wynn for me.
I liked the rooms, the comfort of the bedroom and bathroom. Cleanliness is not outatanding though. We had to request shower gel to get it. It was not available at first for instance. I didn't like the way staff behave and ibteract with us at the casino. It was not an atmosphere that encourages people t play cheerfully
Went to vegas didn't have a room went to a casino to get a room pretty expensive so I looked online and found the wynn at a good price. First time staying there ot was very nice inside and out. rooms are great would like to stay there again. Thanks Maybe just getting asked for the card every time went back to the room although I can understand why o well
Rooms were high tech Lack of nonsmoking rooms almost sent me to the ER
Loved the outside coming in. Lovely decor and rooms modern and spacious. Bed super comfortable. Loved the waterfalls and teppanyaki restaurant. Great customer service. Smoke!
I always love the gardens, the comfy casino seats, employees willingness to always be helpful, cleanliness, air quality isnt bad, detail in the overall decor... etc., etc.
Unfortunately, their computer system went down and they did not have a back up. All of the slot machines had to been hand paid which took over two hours. No one was able to check in or out during this period of time. This happened on a Friday night (6/3/16) at approximately 9:15PM. I was stuck waiting to be paid a minor amount so that I could leave and make it to a dinner reservation. I finally left the slot machine to another player as I was meeting friends and would have been late.
From the second you enter the building you realize that it's a 5 star hotel and casino. There are multiple pools and the rooms are very nice and spacious. The gambling floor is ample as well as the shopping and food options. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. I highly recommend!!
Beautiful and well kept. Can find as nice of places for less money. Not much to do other than gamble. Even lounge bar was tough to get into. Can be long waits for restaurants.
noyhing we had to sleep to men in same beds because there wad no two double beds available . we where told by booking .com that we where to have to beds per room
cleaning room , good service ,, nice hotel for honeymoon
I cant say anything good about this hotel I am sorry, This is the third time in as many years I have stayed here. Each year it has degenerated incrementally. It took over 3 hours to book in, I was given a very bad room initially, but that was eventually rectified by a Good front desk manager. However the next room was only just "reasonable" so I offered to pay for an upgrade of 40 dollars a night and cut my loses.By this time 3 hours had passed. I then moved into a Celebrity Spa suite and the inside was very bad indeed. There was a cupboard door hanging off and the remnants of the last occupier was evident. I then complained to the manager but I was told there were no other rooms available. So I had paid extra to get a supposedly decent suite, but it is definitely the worst I have ever seen on the Las Vegas Strip. When I booked out, the receptionist asked me if I enjoyed my stay, and I told her about the shortcomings of a supposed 4 star hotel, but she surprisingly answered " well sir we are going to re-decorate all of the rooms next year".This was no use to me, I had just spent two of the worst days in the overpriced Spa room which was annoying to sat the least. I then walked 300 meters to the vdara 5 star hotel and paid exactly the same room rate as the mgm grand, for a further 7 nights, and the vdara upgraded me to a magnificent corner suite on the 40th floor at no extra charge. Please forget the mgm, you can get much better rooms for your money if you look around.I Can not give the mgm a lower rating....but this is my experience from 10-12 August 2011. Please consider the more upmarket and newer vdara hotel. You wont be disappointed.
Loved the rooms we stayed at the signiture 2 years ago and thought we would try the grand as it was our 40th wedding anerverasry and my birthday but was disapointed as we informed the hotel of this before we came but nothing was said or done we just got messed about as our room keys wouldnt open our room twice and felt like we were criminals when 2 security cards came to open our room and made me open my suitcase to get my passport in view of people walking past the way we were treated on a few occasions i felt like we was not important enough to rate the same service as the vip guest
location, staff.. room was small
Fantastic casino with great shows. Pool was closed. A lot of noise inside room. ie noise from neighbours and hotel staff inn corridors. No minibars in rooms, no fridge to hold icecold cocacola for when you wake up with a hangover.
Comfy room, plenty to do in hotel It was good to see Vegas once but overall I'm not a fan and won't be heading back in a hurry
Room was clean and quiet, a big plus. Smoking in the casino, I have smoke related asthma and this was trigged by the smoke, and made me unwell, didn't realise the casino was smoking!
The location The first girl at the reception could not find my reservation and was if not rude but not very helpful she made me make another booking.when I got held afterr making a new reservation the girl was gone and a got help from another member of staff and this girl was very helpful.called a managerabout the new and old booking took the old one cancelled the new one for me and sorted everything out very nicely...roomfacilities a bit dated.shower very poor.
I like the hotel, with the room, casino, shops, and all the actives N/A
very comfortable beds access to food any time and a good location on the strip with children
Uncomplicated, easy airport check-in, close to airport, great staff and facilities, remodeled rooms in West Wing, view from room, lots of amenities. Fitness center not included in room price.
Spring for the Petite Suite, well worth it!
I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
Loved our room asst
How clean and fancy everything was That I only stayed one night
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
The tv in our room did not work and nobody came to fix it.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
Beautiful and fabulous casino was luxurious and over-the-top with marble and statues and the pools were awesome. I will absolutely return again.
Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Staff friendly and helpful and room imaculate Lack of staff at check in only 1 staff member after 20 mins another person arrived
Nice clean rooms Charges for internet, resort fee, etc. They just try to squeeze every penny out of you. I don't mind paying for things but I hate getting ripped off.
Great rooms, fully furnished apartments 80+M2, originally built to be sold but because of the property bubble now used as rooms. the hotel outlets for food and drink are very expensive and this is not a hotel for smokers.
Very nice hotel. Good location. Excellent staffPlease write at least 15 words nothing
Top shelf hotel in every sense of the word. Amongst the best Vegas has to offer, you will not be disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms are of a high quality fit and finish, the plasma tv worked flawlessly and the $15.00 per day resort fee includes the Wall Street Journal, free WI-fi, use of the gym, valet parking, in room bottled water along with coffee and tea. It's the real deal in Vegas.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Helpful staff The $25 per night plus tax resort fee The sneaky way they get you to waive the credit card currency conversion for their own 'competitive' rate plus 3% fee when you use a credit card for payment
The size and comfor of the room was superior. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.
Fabulous suite, very luxurious. The best mattress and pillows in a hotel ever, no noise from other guests or outside, incredible view from a wall of picture windows over the Bellagio fountains and the Strip lit up at night is spectacular. We thought it was a perfect choice for us and no negatives at all.
It was in the middle of City Center, yet it was a very quiet place, removed from the hubbub. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room, even though it had a kitchenette.
We stayed at the luxor some years ago and were so pleased with the hotel we brought our grandaughter for her 21st birthday None
We had a great time. The hotel was excellent value.
It was cheap
Hotel was clean, and there was lots to do.Food was also good.Staff are theives!!!! Our passports were stolen by the cleaning staff, not very helpful during the process.Room was only cleaned 2 nights so finding out who stole them should not have been that hard to find out , i wonder how many other passports have been stolen from this hotel.Extremely unhappy that a bonded hotel staff could participate in a theft of this kind with us being out for the day.Hotel room was in full view of the main lobby.Management did not get involved and provide any help to us , they didn"t even offer us a ride to the airport on their free shuttle to fill out our police report. Great compassion !!! they didn't seem to bother as if it goes on all the time.I got the impression that the cleaning personell were not going to be challenged .
Good service, for very good price. Not a Ceasers Palace, or Belaggio, but much better prices.
Great hotel and features Smelt a bit funny
Absolutely nothing Bad customer service. Expensive for the price. Plague with hidden fees. Would never come back.
The room was away at the end of a hall so it was very quiet The hotel looked old. For example the floor in the bathroom was in poor shape
Comfortable bed and good pool. The pyramid rooms are very dated with faded decor so everything just has that tinge of old grime. Not a great choice of restaurants in the complex.
We are big Trump fans and really enjoyed the experience. Because we are big fans and want you to do well, we noticed the carpet in common areas is ready to be replaced. It was more of a walk to the Strip than we anticipated , and not convenient when mall was closed.
Everyone was polite and very helpful other than the flat pillows everything was great The pillows were kinda flat
very friendly, looks excellent,
The entry level room was amazing compared to other hotels Nothing bad to say
Thie size of rooms and bathrooms were great! Along with the little kitchenette. The complementary Valet was very nice along with The carpet definitely needs changed out and updated. Found it looking very dirty and ragged.
It was off the strip. More quite and relaxing
Excellent rooms: roomy, clean and well noise insulated! Professional staff all around the hotel Convenient free valet parking The most comfortable stay I ever had in Vegas!
Elegant simplicity. The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel itself was also very affordable when I compared it with others and it was close enough to the strip, this was the determining factor to go with this hotel. It's also next to the Fashion Mall, which is nice if you live to shop. I love working out so a bigger Gym and and Spa would be a nice bonus.
Loved that there was no smoking and no casino. Good security. Nice kitchenette. Didn't feel like they were out to gouge me for every penny like the other place we stayed at in Vegas. Would have liked a better area to watch the football game with bigger TV in the restaurant/lounge. Not unique to Trump but I don't like the resort fee or the forced gratuities in Vegas.
No gambling no smoking great They have a large tv in the Pool table section how did not work for days I mention it no body care very disappointing during Basketball and Hockey play off
Room smelled like a nice man cologne. Clean. The spa area smelled great. No depressing casino in the lobby. Next to the mall. Nice view. Has shuttle and valet only. Huge Walk in shower and large jet tub. Huuuge Trump toiletries. Jet tub would not stay on due to being glitchy
I like everything about this hotel... hassle free parking with their valet. Courteous staff, big sized room, huge bathtub which can fit 3 people in... and this was just their ordinary room. It's too comfy we don't want to leave the hotel room :)
I liked how the restaurants were in the same area, so you don't have to walk from one part of the casino to the other when looking for one to eat at. I didn't like that there was a fee for late check out.
Friendly staff Resort Fee's
The crab legs. The line to check in was 2 hours long. The car was damaged in the parking garage. WiFi was not secure. Pay $5:00 to use the coffee maker. Restaurants all cost more than they were worth. Management seemed indifferent to all customers. Never even heard anybody win on the slot machines. Our room needed a rug doctor. The only guests that smiled were shooting cocaine.
Great room. Clean and gorgeous contemporary decor. Very helpful staff. $5 for a tiny box of Cheezits at the gift shop. Also, spending almost $4 for a bag of M&Ms. They should at least put prices on the items so it's not a big surprise when you are already at the register.
Loved the well appointed room and our fabulous view of the strip. Really comfortable beds and lovely sheets and pillows. Staff was friendly and room service was surprisingly quick - especially for super bowl weekend. We had a problem with the water at first- it was scaldingly hot and we couldn't take a shower. Engineer had to come and run all the hot water out of cold line in the tub. Then we could shower- with the tub still running! next day it worked and then it happened again- but we now knew how to get it to work. Apparently the whole bottom half of hotel was affected. The gym didn't have any weights under 10 lbs. gym could definitely be improved a bit. All pools were closed. Guess cuz it's February. Don't know if there were any hot tub options.
Pools atmosphere cleanliness views Hidden fees I did not expect High price of food each time
Loved the beds, and the rooms That it took over 2 hours to check in. That the great pool, was wall to wall people, so really hard to enjoy. Smelled of weed when we got off the elevators.
Quiet, nice staff Expensive sundries in the convenience store, but that's vegas
Horrible customer service. Someone walked in my room while I was getting dressed. They then deactivated my key and I was locked out of my room. They then said I didn't have a reservation when my belongings were still in the room. It was a nightmare.
I've always stayed further north and this is the first time at Mandalay Bay. I was lucky to be on a high floor overlooking the strip. The service was great and staff helpful. The Michael Jackson show was one of the best I've ever seen. My room did not smell of smoke. The casino smelled of smoke no matter where you were. The location was a few miles from the center.
I tried to cancel my stay and it was 36 hours before I was going down and I was told I was not able to do it so I lost out on $100 and I'm not happy about that I will no longer be coming down to the Mandalay Bay to stay there that is ridiculous that I cannot get my money back specially with it being 36 hours so I was going to be there
Fun dealers Worst check-in experience i ever had.
front desk staff who helped me find my card that I forgot at the airport; location; choice of restaunts &cafes inside the hotel billing system was not working when we checked-out so can't get any invoice.
The quality of the room and the pool Food and drink expensive. Distance from room to elevator excessive.
That the maids would not interupt you repeatdly to clean the room. They let us sleep in, and came back when we were gone. Always came back to a clean room. I liked the Security asking for keys to enter the elevators, no random people roaming around. No I liked this Hotel, and enjoyed my stay.
casino where I lost a lot of money loosing money at Casino
If you'd like to live on the strip, The Mirage is the place to go. Price did vary from the one qouted on the registration. Received an instant upgrade to a premium tower room, which was excellent.
Comfiest bed i have ever slept in. Spotlessly clean and beautiful rooms. Great selection of restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful swimming pool. Having to wait for an hour to check in and no apology when we were finally seen to
The location on the Strip is excellent and rooms were deluxe and clean.
Liked the atmosphere, it was well decorated in the common areas, had many different places to eat at different budgets and tastes. The dolphins were great. We went on the weekend so it was too hard to get anything, all over crowded. Couldn't get a drink at a bar. Service was stretched and fairly poor. The pool was a joke, could not get into it and it was hot weather. This was really a disappointment, pointless staying at a hotel with a pool if you cant use the pool because its too crowded. Everyone doing hand to hand combat to get a lounge and staff no help. Really a case of too many rooms and under catered for in the hotel amenities.
The location There was not even a coffee maker in the room. Everytime you go in or out, you have to go out of the casino.
Cental location on the strip. Great view of the strip and exploding volcano from the bedroom window.
very pleased with all aspects of our stay Long wait at check in
Water dripping from the ceiling . There was hair on the walls of shower . The pool closes @ 5pm and the slide family water slide is not always open .
Room size Hidden fees, clerk not friendly
Good location, good pool No fan in bathroom, my AC wasn't working, I paid extra for view and got a view of back of buildings. No re refrigerator, even motel 6 has a refrigerator.
Location was great and right off strip. Walking distance to most attractions. Poor water pressure in room, no bathroom exhaust fan in room.
Good location on the strip and nice casino No towels in the bathroom Rooms looked a little bit shady Pillows are very numerous but all felt like stone
I liked the location. The hotel is right there near the strip and easy to walk to food and shopping. The lady that checked me in was really nice. The room was dirty and out of date. One thing that really frustrated me was the parking. I think when you check in they should explain parking to you. I tried to use my room key for parking and it still charged me $8.00. I probably won't visit Vegas for another 15 years.
On strip, affordable Waited 2 hours to check in
Location seemed central to lots of stuff in Vegas. Casino and storefronts in the hotel. Price was reasonable. Sinks did not drain. Super irritating to have to had shaved, brushed teeth in a sink that wouldn't drain. Not worth changing rooms because I was there one night but this will definitely make me think twice about looking here again.
Price Worn out. The facilities look used and abused. Furniture in the room is horrible. Even the pillows are exhausted. The hallways look like they have seen much better days.
Theme I felt as though the room was described as much nicer than in reality it actually was, no point in adding their additionally "nicer" rooms
Room , casino
