ข้อดี: The design of the rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. is beautiful. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, it's very quiet but only 5 minutes walk to the 'city centre'.

ข้อเสีย: The breakfast was served a la carte, I'd prefer to have a full breakfast buffet instead.

ข้อดี: I don't understand the mean ratings that this hotel has ... It's rather pro pro or con con ... Well, to sum it up: The staff was more than friendly, they arranged and helped with every inquiry I had (bookings for tours, free transport from and to airport, etc.). When the aircondition didn't cool the first night, they immediately sent a technican who could repair it within a short period of time just arround midnight. It's a relaxing place with no kids - so don't suitable for families - on the beach with all ammenities a stressed holidaymaker could wish for! It's a great place, next time again. It's 5 min walk from chaweng town center and therefore silent.

ข้อดี: The rooms are fully equipped and extremely comfortable. The pool is a good size perfect for exercise - not just leisure. The gym is well equipped. Closest beach - only 3 blocks - and the hotel will zip you there in a tuk-tuk, is peaceful paradise. Staff and management are friendly and approachable. Even the music played poolside is lovely. Fantastic experience.

ข้อดี: Excellent, friendly hotel staff, generally very good food. Rooms were more than adequate, spacious, well set out, and very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even housekeeping asking if you were happy with everything in the room. Nice area at the beach with good pool and sun deck.

ข้อเสีย: On arrival many things were explained, about the hotel and surrounding area, it may have been better to produce a booklet so you had a record for future reference. A little pricey in the restaurants- but for Thailand, not for a five star hotel.

ข้อดี: The staff is helpful. Location is great. Altough you can walk to Chawana Town by the sea side, the neighbourhood is quite silent.

ข้อเสีย: Beach is not very convenient for swimming. The staff's English is very limited.

It is a very boutique service, the restaurant, serves great food, and breakfast menu is rich. The staff helped us locating nice retreat beaches, and renting a scooter for the day....The day you enter you are given the choice of the Scent you wish in your room.....I should keep the surprise

ข้อเสีย: Nothing, everything was of superior standards. If only this would include tea/coffee complimentary in the room. I think this just forgot about it cuz there was a boiling kettle in the room.

ข้อเสีย: The only backside was the cleanlinessof the sea right in front of the hotel (lots of seaweeds). But that didn't bother too much)

ข้อดี: The hotel is very new, very good location, just 10 minutes from the airport by car. Breakfast is very rich, coffee is freshly made, great scenery restaurant, facing the sea. The attitude of hotel staff very good, and very enthusiastic.

ข้อดี: We really enjoyed the luxurious rooms with the large beds and the jacuzzi on the deck outstide where you could relax and look at the lovely palm trees and ocean. The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. The proximity to the beach was also great as you didn't have to go too far to dip into the water.

ข้อเสีย: The sea was polluted in front of the Hotel, only this part of the beach, other areas more left and right no polution, the Hotel Management need to find out the cause of this polution, should be clear sea water!!

ข้อดี: not much, the room was ok but was more expensive and less nice than all the other places i stayed on this most recent trip to thailand.

ข้อเสีย: the service was terrible, the worst i ever had in thailand. staff barely spoke english and seemed perpetually confused, some were actually very rude which i have never experienced in thailand anywhere. very disappointing, a horrible place.

ข้อดี: We were treated like family at this delightful stylish relaxing property with sensational views over an infinity pool to Chaweng Beach. Great water features in the main wing.

ข้อเสีย: The pool area is a little bit small so you have to be quick to secure a prime spot!

ข้อดี: A nice, small hotel at the north end of Chaweng beach, meaning more quiet and relaxed (positive) than the most busy part of Chaweng. Nice pool, but a bit limited space around for sun chairs. Facilities OK - the restaurant is great! Has fantastic Italian as well as Thai food - all day! (and also a nice breakfast buffet). Friendly and helpful staff.

ข้อเสีย: Some of the rooms and villas needs upgrading, but we had a very nice villa close to the pool and restaurant. Beach/sea: you have to walk quite a bit for swimming (shallow water), and when high water, it goes all the way to the stairs to the hotel. But fantastic view from the pool, and nice area on "beach" for small children, playing football etc. More/bigger beach area just "next door", as well as water sports.

ข้อดี: The hotel is situated in front of a beautiful beach (it is the most beautiful part in Chaweng, far away from noisy beach bars and too many people).The spa is very nice and its staff very professional.

ข้อเสีย: The entrance side to the rooms is not very nice (building on the left from reception). There are works in progress opposite the building and you don't have a nice view leaving or entering the room.

ข้อดี: The breakfast was amazing, there were so many options. The pools were incredible, the beds very comfortable, the rooms were impeccable and the service outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

ข้อดี: Everything was perfect. The staff is just excellent there. My my fractured her toe in the gym (her mistake) and the staff did everything possible to make sure we all were taken care of and comfortable. This included changing her room to a more convenient location on the ground floor of a building as close as possible to the reception area, a buggy whenever we wanted to go out, etc etc. By far, the best hotel in Samui.

ข้อดี: Location. Room. We stayed in a pool villa which was excellant. The staff is friendly but if compared to Banyan Tree rersorts , they still have much to learn.... I have noted that booking.com mentioned below that I booked a Deluxe room while I booked the Pool Vila and that what we have got. The booking for the other members of the party was for deluxe rooms.

ข้อเสีย: The resort is located less than 5 minutes slow drive from the airport. As such , one should expect a free shuttle to and from the location. If you wish to use the hotel shuttle be ready to pay relatively high amount of money (when compared to other local transportation)..

ข้อเสีย: It's a bit far from from the city and more then half of the hotel and the facilities are not finished yet. When finished it's a fantastic hotel!

ข้อเสีย: Many of the amenities like the gym and second pool were not ready at the time we stayed. The hotel land block is very steep and a challenge when returning at night. Although the room was stunning in design and spacious, we had booked a Deluxe Seaview room but it did not have a sea view. We had to stand on tip toe and lean over to catch a glimpse of any ocean. We were very disappointed.

ข้อเสีย: Bed in my villa was a bit hard despite the toppers. I would recommend an upgrade in beds and in newer towels to maintain the luxury feel. Other than that this was a great place to stay!!

ข้อดี: Nice resort hotel. Very private. Beach area in front is almost as nice as Chaweng beach as it's combed - sea is more choppy though although is fine to swin in. Lovely bar area to have breakfast at, overlooking pool and sea. Staff friendly. Dinner was beautiful sat down by beach - very romantic - lovely food.
