โคลเวอร์ลีฟสวีทส์ แคนซัสซิตี้ - โอเวอร์แลนด์พาร์ค Cloverleaf Suites Kansas City - Overland Park

Rooms have been recently renovated. All suites hotel, 14 buildings with 8 units each (4 on each floor). Kitchenette with full sized appliances. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. 1 minute walk to Overland Park Convention Center, Easy access to Metcalfe Ave, I435, shopping, restaurants, etc. (all with car). Despite the negatives, I would happily stay again for the great condition of the rooms inside and location.

Exterior of buildings and property is in desperate need of updates and renovation. The complex reminded me of the types of apartment units you would expect in a college town. Stairs and decks are in really rough shape (as of July '14). Nail heads coming up, boards warping up, cracked concrete, etc. As mentioned in my "pros" - renovation money was first spent on rooms and interior, hopefully next phase is exterior.
