ข้อเสีย: Very poor customer service, Qatar Airways should be ashamed of providing worst than third world kind service in the Doha - Dhaka route.

ข้อเสีย: I bought my seat assignment in advance, and they did not give me this seat on the plane. Before boarding, I asked at the gate if my new seat was a window--which is what I paid for--and they confirmed yes, my new seat was a window. Turns out, it was not, it was a middle seat. I asked a flight attendant to relocate me to a window seat, which she kindly did, however this seat was quite uncomfortable as I was seated next to a large gentleman who probably should have been required to purchase two seats. Overall, there were two issues with Qatar Airways during this trip: they did not give me the seat I had requested and paid for, and then lied when I asked if my new seat was a window.

ข้อเสีย: Window seat is quite cramped and I am not sure why I had to pay to choose a seat before this flight but not for my previous flight to Singapore which resulted in me getting one of the last seats available which was a pretty cramped window seat. Also too many repetitive announcements

ข้อเสีย: - Very noisy and old airplane - Since it's old, the legroom in economy was poor and the business class was looking like it was built in the 80s. It was really cramped even in the business class - If you bring your own headphones, make sure they're noise cancelling since it's noisy on the plane - And if you bring your own headphones, you need those old 2 pin style connectors as well. The ones that Ethiad give you are super low quality. - Screen resolution on those screens is really bad, you can view every pixel on the screen and brightness doesn't go all the way up either.

ข้อดี: I paid $190 for extra legroom for an economy seat by an exit door, however the remote for the entertainment screen encroached an inch on the already VERY narrow seats - I'm six foot three and 215 pounds and both hips were in full pressing contact against the sides of the seat - TOO NARROW!

ข้อดี: Friendly crew (didn’t go above or beyond but polite and accommodated to simple requests). Plenty of meals/snacks and drinks offered.

ข้อเสีย: The seats barely recline backward which really meant I was basically upright trying to sleep for 14 hours on one leg and 6 hours on the next. My luggage was lost, despite being promised it would be delivered that day I had to wait 24 hours.

ข้อเสีย: Boarding crew had difficulty pronouncing "B" and "D", this caused some confusion. If they had said "B for Bravo", and "D for David", it would have helped them a lot.

ข้อดี: Good news, the checking in process was so delayed as there were so many people, they made sure all who checked in, got on the plane, no hitches on the lugguages either. I got my lugguage in Singapore.

ข้อเสีย: JFK to Singapore through Abu Dhabi. The checking in process at JFK was a mess, it was a full flight. There were many people, trying checking in. Two lines, (1) checking in. (2) checked in, dropping off bags. Some of us who had checked in online was trying to drop off bags only. After waiting 1.5 hours, this line isn't moving at all, while the checking in line was moving. Tried telling the gentlemen in charge who worked there that the checked in line dropping off bagguage was not moving, he didn't really care, they made all kinds of excuses saying other people were waiting, so they were completely clueless as to what was going on. I have never experienced this ever and I fly massively each year. First and last time in Etihad. JFK to Abu Dhabi is a good 13 hour flight. NO SNACKS. SG/BA, or any other airline really has nice sandwishes, ramen, chocolate, cookies, chips. Etihad has NOTHING. Not that I snack but still with a 13 to 14 hour flight, airlines should have something to eat during long flights. Really. Etihad who brands and advertises brilliantly, was extremely disppointing to actually be on the flight.

ข้อเสีย: Poor food quality. When long haul involves 4 flights in total MUCH more variety is required. When the snacks are predominantly cheese based, then that's repeated x4 Entertainment was poor. Not enough comedy, not enough documentaries and again by the 4 th flight, well just try to sleep as you've done all the good movies

ข้อดี: The crew, Venyat looking after my aisle was exemplary. He kept note of when I was asleep when the service passed through. Whenever I go to the galley, he would notice and asked if I needed anything. And this is in Economy!

ข้อเสีย: On the A350, the seat doesn't recline much. It was quite uncomfortable.

ข้อดี: The service as usual on Qatar is excellent

ข้อเสีย: 2-2-2 setup is old style for business class and while the seats were nice it means either you are stuck by the window or need to move to let others out in the aisle

ข้อเสีย: Qatar in Belgrade didn't tell me about alchocol bottle I bought in the Duty Free and that i could not go with it all the way to melbourne even bag was sealed and receipt was visible. I lost $ buying, because custom in Doha had to take bottle. Its not right. Qatar custom could see in Belgrade and didn't tell me and the same in the Duty Free shop.

ข้อเสีย: Firstly If the meals we pre booked were actually given to us. Secondly what’s the point of giving menus to coustomer to choose their meal when food availability is limited. Don’t set false expectations to your customer when you can’t deliver on them.

ข้อเสีย: Screaming babies, obese people sat next to me, water rationing, not a pleasant experience. Arrived sleep deprived and dehydrated. I have much better experiencs on a visit to Australia - this was my third time this year!
