ข้อดี: Delay ex Manila was said to be 3 hours but was shortened. Looking at bright side.

ข้อเสีย: The reception in Shanghai did not at first permit me to connect on my flight to Rome. If I missed that I have a flight on Monday 11am to Geneva that I would miss. My shortened layover in Shanghai due to Manila delay was still 45 minutes but Inwas being asked to transfer and get another flight through the transfer desk. Luckily After a few minutes in line at the transfer desk, was allowed back on my original flight. However and unfortunately, it was due to another 2 hour delay. arrived Rome 815++ pm ISO 6pm.

ข้อเสีย: The food was supposed to be indian vegetarian. The food was almost boiled vegetables with rice. Horrible food. The lounge was equally worse. Food was empty and no one was bothered. On a flight taking off at 3 am and landing at 10.30 am they served dinner instead of breakfast. A typical Chinese government job.

ข้อเสีย: My entertainment screen broke. It took the crew 7 hours to replace it. A crew member said they would sort it, bit nothing for 6.5 hours There appeared be confusing within the crew members about what food I ordered.

ข้อดี: Phone charging, laptop socket, nice legroom and smart recline system means legroom gets better when the guy in front reclines. Toilets clean. New aircraft, attentive crew. AIRBUS A350 IS THE BEST!!!

When got to security it was already 1230 and gate is closing in 25 minutes, I talked to people for a quicker access but to no avail. When I got through security, it was 1305 and the gate was closed. About another 12 passengers on the same flight could not board the same flight. When I talked to someone At the end another is arranged at 1625, only delayed until 1900 for boarding, and took off at 2000.

ข้อดี: New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

ข้อเสีย: the flight was 30 minutes late, which caused me to miss my connection AMS-LDN, where my cousin was waiting to take me on to my Auntys Funeral at 10.30. MU head flight attendant said at first the flight was NOT late, even though we were scheduled to depart at 1245 we waited on tarmac until 1.15 and arrived AMS at 7.10 instead of 6.35.When I pointed out this lie she said "not our problem, speak to KLM lady on ground" ...I did ..and am now waiting for a flight at 13.20 TO A DIFFERENT AIRPORT IN LONDON, and 3 hrs AFTER my aunt's funeral.MU..the worst thing is I have them on my return flight to Japan.I am thinking if forfeiting that leg and booking with and airline that cares about their customers, instead of just taking your money.MU never again. Let them treat their own citizens with contempt.

ข้อดี: I received a meal for a two leg flight of overall only 4.5 hours. The seating was nice and the food was very tasty. I love the layout of the Incheon Airport as well as the transfer experience.

ข้อเสีย: As I was about to board, I was denied carrying on my backpack with the few items I would need for the flight, so I was forced to put them into my carry-on suitcase which was loaded elsewhere, out of reach.. The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports.

Drinking water served, it is warm.They should offer some ice cubes or ask the passengers if they want ice... Other airlines, serves different juices through out the flight. Crew not communicating at all. Doesn't say anything or serve you with a smile.

ข้อเสีย: Im not realize that my luggage is not direct to nagoya, so i need to claimed my luggage, re-check in and imigration in shanghai. I just have 2,5 hours to do all stuff. Thanks god i make it to onboard in time with help other passanger that let me do immigration check first.
