They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

If you're further back or not so tall s difficult to see which queue is correct... quite a few people (not me fortunately!) got turned away because they don't know ANA's boarding system. Also a problem with boarding at HND where the overhead monitors show BIz but not First/Diamond. As some other reviews pointed out, BBC news just didn't work. CNN worked intermittently."

BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Furthermore, for my comfort of the flight (with COVID) the FA's should use gloves"

No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Got a confirmation e-mail telling me that articles were reserved for me and I should approach crew members on board for the articles I had reserved. The crew has a tough job at all hours of the day, but passengers as clients are just people cramped for 8 hrs and trying to enjoy their time as well,and this crew from Munich to US seemed to get that."
