ข้อเสีย: Food was average Limited entertainment movies etc Seat was uncomfortable and rocked either broken or poorly adjusted - thrilling on landing!! Staff did their minimum job and that's it no drinks during flight etc strange during a day flight they dimmed the windows to watch movie I hate the offset seating configuration I'm 184cm and it was difficult to stretch out.

She asked other agents about the pens, then gave them back I showed my displeasure for management not schooling their employees properly. not ending there I was asked for the boarding pass. It was used to record notations in a log book. I found this upseting. An extremely poor was conducted. I had a bag hanging from my belt, it was never checked. I could have had anything in it. Overall very poor, poor, poor.

ข้อเสีย: Neither British Airways or my travel agent were able to solve problems created by British Airways 2 delayed flights meaning I could not make the meetings for the trip was planned and therefore I missed the flights and the meetings. Both British Airways and the Travel Agent said the other party were the ones to solve the problem

ข้อดี: The staff was very helpful and professional, the flight was pleasant and there were no problems.

ข้อเสีย: We boarded late due to the excessive rain, so that was stressful because I was connecting in Bangkok. There were only signage and announcements for the flight before ours that would be leaving from that gate, which was very confusing because its changed boarding time for Hanoi was our original boarding time for Bangkok. I would have preferred clarification about how the flights had changed and what the new protocol would be.

ข้อดี: The 32" pitch giving more leg space, better than MAS and AirAsia on that count. Good baggage allowance.

ข้อเสีย: Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then didn't board for another 45 minutes after that. We were given a mediocre coffee or soft drink in a lounge, no food. Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

ข้อเสีย: The Air Asia Penang self baggage drop was chaotic and utterly disorganized. Despite the long line, travelers with closer flight departures were given the priority to cut queue.
