The boarding process was pretty organized (without including the ignorant passengers who can't read their zone numbers, haha) because they called us up group by group, in a speedy process. Even inside, the cabin crew welcomed us aboard and showed us where our seats are. This leads me to my 5-star rating of the service. Very warm, friendly, and generally helpful cabin crew Qatar Airways has. They fulfilled all my needs even if they had to go out of their way. As for entertainment, I was very surprised at how many great movies they have! Especially the new ones! I would not be bored again with this selection. Food was okay to be honest. It was a hot meal that satisfied my hunger and tasted good, but maybe it's just me and airplane food. Doesn't taste right for me. And to be honest, I was cramped. Not even me but many other passengers felt like the seats were too small. Overall, Good experience!"

Food - my daughter could barely eat anything and the vegetarian meals were stone cold most of time. It was hard to eat at Qatar airport because not only is the food terrible (Burger King and bad Asian food) but outrageously expensive. Our media system did not work for one leg. ** way to many ads on your media system. Every time you watch a new TV episode, you have to sit through 5-6 ads for stuff that is not interesting and the same each time. ** plane info on media system keeps reverting to Arabic even when English is indicated as preferred la gauge. We had to place our iPads in checked luggage for flights from harare to USA as we went through Qatar. *** I asked for quiet seats and was given seats near kitchen and toilet even though I booked in hours in advance. One leg had my ten year old daughter and I in different rows even though I checked in 4-5 hours in advance Of flight . ** staff moved my hand luggage without my permission and without informing me - it was stressful trying to find it."

ข้อเสีย: "I have flown previously with Qatar and was not so impressed. Everything was great this trip up until my return to the United States. I should have suspected a problem when I was requested to change seat in order to assist a family who were in separate seats. Moving was difficult as the plane was being loaded. I managed to get to the seat offered to find someone sitting in it. To top it off the individual was wearing a surgical mask and carrying a large immigration bag. I requested a seat forward but I was denied and I later saw other passengers moved forward to seats that I was denied. If I had known that the flight would have been full of possibility sick immigrants I would have chosen another flight or airline. At certain times the smells were very bad. I felt as a ff member I should have been treated better or been made aware of possible health risks."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

ข้อดี: "We are guessing they either overbooked or they didn't have sufficient passengers on a Tuesday afternoon who's final stop was Glasgow. They rebooked him for 1200 the next day. DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

ข้อเสีย: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

They gave us food vouchers 2 minutes before we finally boarded, so we couldn't use them. The food on the plane had spoiled so we were all starving on the flight, and we all missed our connections. Horrible experience and wouldn't fly with KLM again."

ข้อดี: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"

So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."
