The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."

I was delayed by at least 8 hours. There was no email from Etihad about the canceled flight or an apology. It was a bit disappointing given that they are my favorite airline."

For our final leg of the flight, we had to haul all six pieces of luggage from terminal 5 to terminal 3. Then we were told that our American Airlines flight from Chicago to Kalamazoo is not a valid one. So we were booked to a different flight 12 hours later. We had to stay in Chicago for 12 hours on our own. Neither Etihad nor American Airlines provide any support for that time period in Chicago. Since it was Etihad ticket, According to international norm, Etihad should take the responsibility for this problem and compensated passengers."

The staff was OK only. The entertainment was sub par. I recently flew Delta domestic flights and it had many newer English and Hindi movies than on this flight to India, go figure. I think even Air India may have newer and many more movie choices than this air line. I flew my sick father with Catheter business class but the restrooms in the business class were same small pigeon hole size. We could not even fit inside to empty out the bag. Don't buy business thinking of the luxury of space. It is a myth."

ข้อเสีย: "For whatever reason they would not let me keep my carry-ons as JetBlue did, so I had to check one of them. They have weight limits for the carry-ons, which I understand, but in my case they really were not large, and not very heavy. It is what it is."

ข้อเสีย: "Crew was rude, very offstandish. We asked for vegetarian meals online. Crew acted like it was our fault for being vegetarians. My wife asked one of the stewardesses for water and she never brought. When we asked for it again she brought it and said "here" like she was bothered to have to bring water."

ข้อเสีย: "I called eitahd, very nice man told me they will arrange hotel but when we reached there they kept lingarinf ro provide hotel and at last they took us to co seleepibg area which was so horrible"
ข้อดี: "Fast track through passport control and customs and quick boarding. The crew made the long flight relaxing and comfortable."
ข้อเสีย: "Dinner was great but breakfast was not as good."

ข้อเสีย: "This is the last time to travel with etihad , very bad staff and not coorporated at all except for ( business and first class) Accordinh to my 2 experience with them they did not componsate me for the flight was missing because of their delay and the other one because checked in desc dont accept my bag even if i checked in and i have the boarding and they did this just to buy new ticket for 300 euros ? For nothing and waist time I gave them 0 out of 10"

ข้อเสีย: "2. Food choices from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok was Szechwan (spicy chicken), Indian (fish), or vegetarian pasta; no international or Thai food. 2. Entertainment was stopped 30 minutes before arrival."
ข้อดี: "Sichuan Chicken was the best airline food i have ever eaten in an airline. it was quite impressive. Might be too spicy for a lot of people but i love it. I would advise that you add "spicy" next to the name for those who can't handle spicy food."
ข้อเสีย: "Since i was travelling alone, it was asked to change my seat from an aisle seat to a fairly packed seat in the middle of the plane. i did them a favor because a son wanted to sit next to his dad. i really shouldn't have change. the seat was very cramped. like wow, the plane was small. i do not think i would do it again. ever."

ข้อเสีย: "Improve toilet facility and provide little more legroom between seats. Services inside the aircraft wS wonderful! You have a bunch of kind people!"

ข้อเสีย: "They make too much fussy about the ledge weight even it was few Lbs. over. they select the worse sits in the plane for my family. Very last row of sits. the worse site in the plane. even though we were the first in the line during the checking. This was the first time was with Etihad."
ข้อดี: "Planes were good. Crew was ok. Except Checkin management not bad. There are other better airlines for same price."
ข้อเสีย: "Checkin problems. They look for means to charge extra for handbag. Their handbag dimensions are smallest than any other airline. A standard carry on strolley will never fit their dimensions as they have it 7cm less in length and they harass passengers to pay for it. Very bad attitude."
