This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

ข้อเสีย: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return. I ask this issue to be looked at, as I am currently stuck in Athens. I need a ticket to go back to D.C."

I add extra baggage in TKL Airport : my original bag is 23 kg I have until 32kg, The extra baggage was 20kg, So I pay 247 Euro each extra kg 19 Euro. 4. In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

ข้อเสีย: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

This first time i used buying tickets for u and you give me ticket from turkey airline and am never been with turkey airlines before, it’s the worse company I had ever seen in my life I got tired went hospital because of this company am very very sad ,please helping me my issue I bought tickets from you and then I went to airport to check in , the officer she said your bags it’s very heavy so i Said that fine I’ll paying the fees for extra, she said can you go buy in store 2 bags and move your clothes I said ok that’s fine, I went there back after am done she said am late u can’t take the flight because am late 3 mins i told her you just said go move my stuff and back the first I had emergency my sister she is past way 4 days ago and she is my twins and I didn’t see her for 4 years ago and then she’s past away I wish you feel me sir a and I explain her my this, she was trying tell me pay money for taken the flight next day and she wasn’t care sir she didn’t tell me sorry about my sister she’s only keeping talking pay money before 6 pm because after 6 it will be too much, so I told her please take my card and charge me and let’s me takes my flight I have emergency please she went inside and she took my card and she’s Back said my flight it will be tomorrow and charge me almost 200$ I said I didn’t say I want flight tomorrow and I feel very sad and she’s don’t care about my feelings but she’s was very care about money wooow, the end of day I getting tired to even speak and I was very very sad like i was thinking buying anther tickets for another company but she’s ready charge me and I left from airport to home back then I came next day and I went check in it was all the stuff different people and the lady she said my bags it’s big go buy one bag and move some stuff in this bag, again I said please can you cheak in and charge me extra bag let’s me fly she’s very very mean to me I went store and the lady from the store she’s was remember me because I went 2 times the first day and yesterday and back to check in she said am late for 2 mins and trying pay fees for next day, I was crying I can’t believe this I trying to explain her I was her last night and I have emergency nobody care nobody have feel me how am sad I trying to speak with anyone to help me nobody like all stuff they want done work and don’t care about Costmuer I went to Restrount and back nobody there and when I asked where’s all stuff they are left I was getting tired I have bags I trying to fond some one helping me nobody i got too much tired sir I was hospital yasterday I had 5 bags and I lost 2 bag I have big problem now for my back I got tired my body and my mind I have recorded all the stuff and from turkey airline I want send u the record and then you feeling me I only asked for help please help me I want flight and I can’t even walk it was too much please I don’t wants turkey airline"

ข้อเสีย: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"
