ข้อเสีย: The crew doesn't smile most of the time, sometimes they sound like ordering when they request something. The movies selection is either old, or mostly Indian movies.

ข้อดี: The 32" pitch giving more leg space, better than MAS and AirAsia on that count. Good baggage allowance.

ข้อดี: Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

ข้อเสีย: Delayed waiting on the plane, however all boarded on time. Seating was tight with not much leg space and tight with the people next to you. Menu options were the usual and as it’s a shortish flight just had a light snack and drink.

ข้อดี: I like the service it was nice and friendly! Also when the landed and take off it was so smooth and almost perfect! I feel so happy and comfortable

ข้อดี: This is now our airline of choice between KL and Singapore and the next time we fly to Australia we will try flying with Air Asia. It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend.

ข้อดี: Generally okay and what one could reasonably expect for a regional low cost flight in Thailand. Ground staff were friendly and helpful despite huge numbers of people travelling. Likewise the cabin crew did their best given the low cost nature of the flight and having a full plane.

ข้อเสีย: Paid for seat selection, which I thought brought with it some priority in boarding, however that was not to be and instead boarding was a bit of a free-for-all with no management of the situation by ground staff. The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor.

I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

ข้อดี: The value, I got low price ticket. Polite , helpful crew. On schedule. Using apps for check in, no paper harassment. Didn't try food, and no use for entertainment for short flight. Don't have baggage.

ข้อเสีย: Space was so cramped, aisle and between seats. Would be very uncomfortable for people with long legs, long flight. Even cabin crew could hardly help with baggage on boarding in and out because of the space. Should be more firm on one cabin bag+one handbag policy, many inconsiderate passanger carry more so it was even more cramped.

ข้อเสีย: We almost missed the flight as the boarding gate was changed at the last minute and the announcement was very late. That is very scary!

ข้อดี: We boarded on time, the crew were fantastic...very friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful but the salmon was somewhat dry. There were other options offered. The entertainment system worked but some more recent movies would have been appreciated.

ข้อเสีย: I found it a bit odd that there were programs available from Bangkok to Vientiane, but no headphones to listen. I guess it improved my lipreading skills though ;)

ข้อเสีย: A 320 necessarily lowers the quality compared with dreamliner eg access to toilets and aisle width and entertainment system at manila the`woman at checkout spoke very poor english so had to repeat several times... and she expressed doubt about any seat vacant as`i was late in the queue.. she resolved this by passing me to her supervisor no other problems

She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

ข้อดี: I'm quite upset to be informed by the airline that going to Taiwan requires minimum 6 months expiry date. When I purchased the airticket it was also not stated. In the end I have no choice but to postponed my flight until I get my passport renewed.
