ข้อดี: I like the way this airline handles the customer right from the time of ticket booking till landing at the destination. I find this airline very professional and even better service on domestic sector then some of the world's airline services (Etihad, British Airways for instance).

ข้อเสีย: The only thing i do not like is the website of the airline especially when we try and use it on mobile phone, it does not respond too well. Like trying to register for Club Vistara Membership and other stuff. I had to take help of customer service executive to create my club vistara account as mobile site was not accepting basic information.

ข้อเสีย: I forgot my pull over in the cabin and the company’s team reached out to me in the next flight to hand me my item back... amazing experience

ข้อเสีย: For the price I paid for this trip, I think it’s acceptable and I will fly them again in the future. On time flights, polite cabin crew. Don’t expect over the top services . Limited choices in in flight entertainment system. I’m not used to Indian food so can’t comment much. Didn’t quite like it.

ข้อเสีย: Was forced to buy an exit ticket from cambodia despite having checked the government websites which state you don't need one. If this is simply a requirement on the part of the airline it was not mentioned anywhere I could see.

ข้อเสีย: Sri Lankan seems to fly very old A320 aircraft on this route, at least for the daytime flights, and these have limited comfort in business class and rather small entertainment systems by today's standards. But it's surprising that the food quality is also poor because Sri Lanka has such amazing cuisine as a country.

ข้อเสีย: I am a senior citizen & was issued boarding pass for Gate no 26 in Kolkata. I received a SMS that Gate changed to Gate no 18 & then Gate No 19. I was not only harassed but under stress if the gate is going to change again & I should not miss it.
