She gave me two bills only and nothing else. We were three she charged us 13400 bat why is that. We have lugged for me 2 luggages total weight 28.8 kg. Plus 15.6 kg for my friend and 20 kg for the third ticket. Why is that?

ข้อเสีย: Pre bought meals and wasn't permitted hot chocolate for children. Eventually given and nothing said. On the journey over hot choc offered. Not a big deal. I think you fall down in customer service by not supplying a little like coffee and hot choc and a free snack. Possably will avoid flying Jetstar again. Service is paramount. And no entertainment available because it wasnt a long haul just a short haul though international. Mmmmm no to Jetstar i feel. I own a resort and i know what customer service must feel like.

ข้อเสีย: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

ข้อดี: Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again.

ข้อดี: I like the service it was nice and friendly! Also when the landed and take off it was so smooth and almost perfect! I feel so happy and comfortable

ข้อเสีย: I need wheelchair but your crew an Indian Lady I think in the check -in counter did not give me wheelchair from Singapore. She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. I hate you Scoot and I will never take scoot again in any of my up coming trips

ข้อเสีย: Again, as this is a budget airline, you really can't expect too Much from them. They get you from point a to point b, that's enough. You will have to sacrifice your own comfort.

ข้อดี: All in all a pretty good flight. Nothing much to write home about but nothing really went wrong. Pretty Good and what you'd expect.

ข้อเสีย: Wasn't thrilled that I had to pay SGD48 both ways for up to 15kg check in. That extra SGD96 would have made a difference when comparing flights on Kayak. Delays leaving HK and SG but all of it was on the tarmac so not really Scoots fault.

ข้อเสีย: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

ข้อเสีย: Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi.

ข้อเสีย: I prepaid for my meal and it was brought to me soon after I boarded about 4pm. I wasn’t hungry as I already had lunch. It would have been better to bring it for me at dinner time, Sydney time as that’s what my body clock was on. The last service was too close to landing.
