ข้อดี: All was great!

ข้อเสีย: Not that I did not like it but it was more like a surprise to me to have not seen a single Finnish in the crew ... Again, nothing wrong, simple surprising...

ข้อดี: Flew on new A350, liked the seat TV, live map/camera. Good selection of entertainment.

ข้อเสีย: Website is very poor and ended up making booking through call centre and paying double what website was offering. Food & drink is expensive. In flight wi-fi expensive.

ข้อเสีย: They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size

ข้อเสีย: the boarding was weird because of the aircraft change and rearranging of seats. the computer reassigned us very strange, making us seating mostly in one are, while other rows were completely empty.

ข้อดี: The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.

ข้อเสีย: The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.

ข้อดี: they are quiet but not as roomy as i hoped. The food was okay.prices in Abu dhabi are extortionate though for a 5 hr stop.

ข้อเสีย: The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights

ข้อดี: Boarding in this time was quick, flight was delayed by almost 45 minutes but pilot made time and we were only 10 to 15 minutes late landing into Singapore. The only redeeming quality was the nice gentleman next to me who was helpful.

ข้อดี: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

ข้อเสีย: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

ข้อเสีย: I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

ข้อดี: Airbus 330 from Manchester to SFO was new, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best flights we’ve had across the pond.

ข้อเสีย: Transiting at Manchester between our Frankfurt to SFO flights was dreadful. They made us go through security and the inspectors were so incompetent they caused a huge back-up. Took an hour to get through. Avoid Manchester. Then they lost my luggage...still missing after a week.

ข้อเสีย: No any healthy snacks like nuts or just dried veggies or biscuits with less sugar.

ข้อเสีย: The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed

ข้อเสีย: The screens would freeze for all the people around. The connecting flight had 50 minutes, however there was another security check and gate was quite far, everything had to be done in a hassle and we were nervous throughout regarding missing the flight.

ข้อเสีย: suddnely delay of 30 Minutes , then waiting in the plane all in all 60 Minutes - thats a long time for a long distance flight

ข้อเสีย: Boarding started 20 mins late, once on board was moved to accommodate a family to sit together. No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect

ข้อเสีย: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.

ข้อดี: My luggage was found and collected and transfered for me by Phillipines Airlines staff at Hong Kong airport.

ข้อดี: Far better quality and value than BA, it's OneWorld partner.
