ข้อเสีย: I travelled Korean JeJu Air budget airlines. The service may be Jetstar can consider, they give a small cup of water as a welcome drink & helping passengers loads luggage onboard. Even it was budget airline but no compromise with passengers service.

ข้อเสีย: Crew members are not polite and the way she handle seating like , don’t know how to manage . Especially check in counter . Even though we check in as a group , she assign us like a mass .

ข้อเสีย: Boarding is thru T2 airport bus which brings all passengers to Flyskoot plane parked somewhere. Not good for those with strollers. Will avoid Flyskoot if going to Hanoi.

ข้อเสีย: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

ข้อดี: Luck of information about baggage which cost me about more than the ticket and more than $100. In my point of view, all of the traveller should get laggage allowances for international. I have never experienced laggage allowances for international flights. Very very disappointed!!!

ข้อเสีย: At check in our family was separated all over the plane. When querying after receiving the boarding passes told can’t do anything until he jestar supervisor put us in the same row. The plane was barely a third full so bit of effort from the initial staff would have helped.

ข้อดี: Check-in staff gave exact range of time for boarding. Pretty comfortable and nice cabin crew.

ข้อเสีย: Don’t recall the greetings from cockpit and lack of announcements on potential turbulence and heavy rain plus lightning closer to destination. Only heard from cockpit almost nearing landing.

ข้อเสีย: Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess.

ข้อเสีย: Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

But at that time the lady on the counter knew that there is a 2hr delay and she did not announced this fact. Our original flight was delayed twice even though the company new that the first delay is not realistic. Not a reliable airline !!!

ข้อดี: Sat in takeoff queue on runway for 25 mins due to traffic. Not the airlines fault however!. Budget flight and you get what you pay for. Would happily recommend and use again.

ข้อเสีย: Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective.

ข้อดี: The crew were super patient (a must when dealing with the quality of passengers from Trichy who were lacking in manners and etiquette).

ข้อเสีย: Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier).
