ข้อดี: Luggage arrived to London after 3 days, had no clothes, chronic medication in luggage and had to see a dr to prescribe it for my 14 yr son, I had to spend over 100 pound to get by unlit I received the luggage

ข้อเสีย: The onky bad thing was luggage collection. Belt 6 tucked away. The luggage was so quick coming off that there was no-one to collect it . The belt was soon full and no.more luggage could enter the belt until the luggage on the belt was claimed

ข้อดี: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

ข้อดี: Boarding in this time was quick, flight was delayed by almost 45 minutes but pilot made time and we were only 10 to 15 minutes late landing into Singapore. The only redeeming quality was the nice gentleman next to me who was helpful.

ข้อดี: Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience.

ข้อดี: Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise.

ข้อเสีย: 1. I am not sure if your crew members could speak English or not. I didn’t understand what they were talking about or what was happening. 2. The plane took off under extreme thunderstorm. I am not sure if this was safe to do so but the plane was extremely bumpy, going down rapidly for about 30 minutes. The whole cabin was then in chaos. People started turning up, crying and writing last words. However, your crew members GAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS, BROADCASTING OR UPDATES ON WHATS GOING ON. What they did was mocking around with each other in Cantonese. 3. This would be my last time travel with you - I was your loyal customer since student time. But after this awful experience I chose not to go with you anymore.

ข้อดี: The Beijing/Osaka flight was a smaller simpler plane than the Heathrow/Beijing one, but cconsidering the amount of time both flights take relative to each other, I think it had the better balance of the two.

ข้อเสีย: The only thing I'd suggest is while the Crew were great and did offer drinks a number of times, the first drinks run seemed late - although that might just be a combination of needing to wait until the plane has reached full altitude and the desire to clear the unpleasant Beijing air.

ข้อดี: Food was very good. Good variety and plenty of vegetables. Staff very courteous.

ข้อเสีย: Restroom was Healy used. Should have been monitored more closely. Was not clean enough when I used had to clean myself before I could use. But I used to be a health inspector so maybe my standards are to high.

ข้อเสีย: Travelling out to Budapest our flight was delayed about 40 minutes. We had a connection in Brussels and had to run from B terminal to A to reach on time. We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again.

ข้อดี: It was a very cheap flight, so flying the family back to NZ from the UK, for what we paid, it was great.

ข้อเสีย: Plane food was quite average, on the first flight LHR-PEK flight the plane was a bit old and the entertainment system was nearly shot, but the second flight PEK-ALK was a dream liner, which was fantastic. For the price we paid, there was nothing we could complain about, would definitely flay again.

ข้อเสีย: There wasn’t really any legroom (I’m about 1.74m) or much comfort and the plane itself was really loud - not used to that from long distance flights. Two out of four meals were okay.

In consistency following their own rules - i.e. asking some passengers to move from crew seats but allowing others to sit there, phones are not allowed to be used on flight mode but iPads etc are (even though both are capable of emitting radio waves). Food is very bad, even for someone familiar with asian food. Most of the staff cannot speak English properly. Constant announcements throughout the flight, even for minor things for example announcing the sale of duty free items

ข้อเสีย: Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport.

ข้อดี: In flight entertainment was spectacular, and on time with all my flight! Delta is definitely the way to go, along with their affiliate companies! Alaska Air and KLM Royal Dutch Air are fabulous!!

ข้อเสีย: My family and I were treated badly at check in, refused to weigh my luggage, sent us off to another area to weigh things , then when we came back to the counter, working with different clerk he shouted over everyone head and shouting telling her be careful they have over weight , that was bad behavior and not professional, I asked for the supervisor and I waited for 30 min and no one showed up and I requested his name the Indian man to report him then he disappeared and no one helped me and I almost missed my flight and barely made it, I would never fly on this flight and I don't recommend anyone to use it , flight attendance are not qualified and poorly speak English

ข้อดี: I've got Turkish Airlines business class seat instead of my UIA premium economy.

ข้อเสีย: I've got an E-mail about flight cancellation less than 24 hours before deparute, but their hotline was not working at all, so I had to book a seat with Qatar in advance to secure my trip. 8 hours before the departure I've finally got an E-mail from their representative with 2 possible routes to Bangkok to change my ticket too. It was a perfect trip with Turkish, but I lost 150 USD for Qatar cancellation.

Then they brought in another person who eventually agreed that I was the one. The second was I spoke to one of the crew that I was hungry and I would not mind eating something and she showed me the menu. I told her what I would want and she said I should hold on...Then She served, I waited for about 2 hours only to be told they are out of food!

ข้อเสีย: Not being able to secure seat before 24 hours. Use of busses at Muscat airport made boarding and de-planing slow. In Flight entertainment limited choice. Much poorer than Emirates or Qatar. B787 Dreamliner system better than A330 aircraft. Some USB port not working. At least 1 toilet out of order whole flight.
