ข้อเสีย: Initialy no staff at gate to update the delay. Passenger left wondering. Luckly received alert from Kayak.com on the delay. Received sms at 9.05pm after 1 hour delay from Airasia.

ข้อเสีย: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

ข้อเสีย: The boarding process can be improved. I traveled with children (7 & 8 years old) and normally we would get the shortest line. But this time we had to board with other long lines which not so comfortable for our children. Also the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Thai airways should really be improved on this area.

ข้อเสีย: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

ข้อเสีย: Flight 502 from BKK to HKG was changed from Boarding Gate 1 to 3 in Don Muang at a time when the previous flight at Boarding Gate 3 has NOT YET started boarding. A huge crowd from BG1 flooded to BG3 when the flight to Wuhan, China has not yet started boarding. It was 15 minutes before scheduled boarding (15:55) and a long line already formed at BG1. Those in line have to move to BG3 and have to line up all over again. We waited for at least 30 mins before the Wuhan flight finished boarding at BG3. The line was ill-formed and many Chinese tourists pushed their way through disregarding the line. Air Asia should have deferred the announcement of boarding gate change for the HKG flight until the Wuhan flight has completed boarding. This was a poor handling of boarding.

ข้อดี: Luck of information about baggage which cost me about more than the ticket and more than $100. In my point of view, all of the traveller should get laggage allowances for international. I have never experienced laggage allowances for international flights. Very very disappointed!!!

ข้อดี: From Check-in through Boarding and the flight it was like a dream, full flight even departed early.

ข้อเสีย: I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route.
