ข้อเสีย: Somehow I couldn't check in online, or at the kiosk. There was only 2 check-in desk for domestic flights in KLIA2. Long lines and waited 20 minutes. Thankfully the staff at the counter allowed me to check in, despite having only 50 minutes to spare.

ข้อเสีย: Sometimes it can be difficult to hear announcements at the departure gate but apart from that no problem. Obviously there isn't any entertainment so I've left it at 5 stars. There should be a 'not applicable' option on this.

ข้อเสีย: When booking this return flight with Air Asia we had to pay for baggage.Not sure if its with Kyak or Air Asia but Having included baggage for outbound we were shocked to find it wasn’t included for the return. This cost us £147 at check in which was a shock.This hasn’t happened with Hong Kong Airlines previously. I think either your website or Air Asia’s need a block when booking return flights so you include baggage for both sectors.This would avoid the shock and excessive cost at check in.

ข้อดี: Flying from Phuket was so easy, check-in quick and straightforward. I had chosen not to reserve our seats, and this time that meant that we were in the very back row, so had the pleasure of those in front of us in our laps, with no chance of reclining our own seats. It was a short flight, so no real damage was done.

ข้อดี: Generally okay and what one could reasonably expect for a regional low cost flight in Thailand. Ground staff were friendly and helpful despite huge numbers of people travelling. Likewise the cabin crew did their best given the low cost nature of the flight and having a full plane.

ข้อเสีย: Paid for seat selection, which I thought brought with it some priority in boarding, however that was not to be and instead boarding was a bit of a free-for-all with no management of the situation by ground staff. The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor.

ข้อเสีย: Check in and luggage drop for share code with Thai airways. It is not clear instruction when booking with Thai airways. We lost time with Thai airways but finally need to drop the luggage at Thai smil counter.
