ข้อดี: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."

ข้อดี: "They put me on a partner airline after causing my missed connection, so I witnessed nothing good about Turkish Airlines flight at this time."
ข้อเสีย: "After a long saga with no help in making my connecting flight on the same Turkish Airlines, they gave me the boarding pass and told me my luggage was fine to carry on board for the partner airline they put me on. At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

ข้อเสีย: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

I had to cut short my trip to Istanbul due to a family issue- they couldn’t do enough to facilitate a flight home at short notice at a minimum cost and most importantly expedited my return with the minimum of hassle- thank you Turkish!"

Manchester plane was delayed one hour, no problem, but I arrived in Istanbul at the right time and the gate was open I gave them my ticket. They told me that the sestem moved your seat to the second plane but now the plane is open. ? I waited 6 hours at Ataturk airport and had a working meeting I could not attend"

ข้อเสีย: "They made us wait for 2 hours out in the open on a winter night. They wouldn't let us in the terminal. It was outrageous. Everyone was extremely rude."
ข้อเสีย: "I missed my connecting flight in Turkey as flight was delayed. It was my worst flight experience because nobody wanted to help me. It took an hour of being ignored by various TA staff to eventually get my boarding pass to the next available flight to London. I nearly missed that one as well because of it. The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

ข้อเสีย: "Boarding was simply chaotic where staff isn’t managing the queue well separating business and economy. At arrival baggage priority meant nothing. Half the non priority bags arrived way before a massive batch of priority bags arrived. Defeats the purpose of giving your guest fast track immigration !"
ข้อดี: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
ข้อเสีย: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."
