They also did not automatically transfer the luggage, so I had to carry my two checked in bags to the other one and then stand in a 45 min queue to get them checked in again 3. Unhelpful ground staff 4. Delayed second flight. After a shitty eight hour long layover, we got another 2 5. Horrible food 6. No ear plugs are available in the plane 7. Not a single apology from the crew about the delay Also, anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin needs to understand that the crew in China is not well equipped to understand and help you, so be prepared to have the translation struggle"

ข้อเสีย: "1. The flight delay. 2. Horrible food. 3. In-flight entertainment set wasn't working. When we told the stewardess about it, it wasn't addressed till the flight was about to land. Which was by then, rather useless. They gave a a complimentary bottle of wine though."
ข้อดี: "The Crew were super helpful to me and my baby, they took the time to ask if I needed anything and offer their assistance."

ข้อเสีย: "Their english is so bad that you have a lot of difficulties to understand them."
ข้อดี: "I Liked that the plane was not full. They let you to checking 2 bags of 23kg but it would be easier if they let you check in 46 kg in total even if you have 3 bags."
ข้อเสีย: "Service was ok but not snack were offered during the flight even paying. And the flight was nearly 14hours. Food not good for western pax. Crew didnt speak english. No toys for kids."

ข้อดี: "Nothing at all...the whole experience was dreadful. OPODO don't you check first before selling a PLANE ticket that there is actually going to be a plane. on my ticket it said plane to shanghai and then plane to Ningbo...a LIE, a total LIE...no plane at all, a scheduled train with no help to find out where it was ...shame on you!"
ข้อเสีย: "PATHETIC...got to check in and it was a train not a plane.not a special case , as the check in lad said 'we never fly to Ningbo?'and then they all laughed. 20 minutes later they realisd I would need the train as china eastern have a railway link. shame Opodo didn't know that when they sold me the ticket... no help WHATSOEVER from china eastern just pointed to train station and told to go there. no ticket , no check in nothing. There are 40 check in booths in shanghai train station and more passengers than i have ever seen anywhere, the heat was incredible and confusion everywhere...and I didn't have a clue where when how or anything.to finish the trip nicely I ended up 'obviously' in Ningbo train station rather than the airport which ids the other side of Ningbo. so no one there to meet me as they were all at the airport. when I bought the flight through opodo it said plane...not once did it say there would be a train. if so I would have gone a different route. utterly dreadful treatment"
