ข้อเสีย: Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight.

ข้อดี: Food was good and again, staff were friendly and professional. Flight was on time and efficient dis-embark mentioned.

ข้อเสีย: Slight issue with headphone connection, was not the only passenger.

ข้อดี: All good, especiallly cabin crew who appear to actually enjoy their jobs and interacting with passenger (unlike some supposedly premium carriers).

ข้อเสีย: The meal time was a bit odd and there was no snacks served in between midnight full meal & breakfast which lasted for about 8hours

ข้อดี: Good smooth flight, on time. No complaints

ข้อเสีย: There was a very poor selection of movies to watch:( Last tim ei flew AA, and there was an absolutely huge choice . . . Would love to see that improved . . I think you have to cater for all tastes . . . and that definitely was not the case on my flight

ข้อเสีย: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

ข้อเสีย: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester
