ข้อเสีย: We missed our connection flight in Moscow by 5 minutes, don't understand why they couldn't hold the flight for 10 people just 5 minutes when they knew we had already landed and were held in the plane because nobody was coming to open the doors. No staff waiting to help us get to the connecting flight, no information and the door had been changed. Massive queu to change flights for the following day, they promise a hotel for the night but never happened. I was flying with a child and the only thing they gave us was good voucher for around 5 pounds each not even enough for a decent meal. They said because we didn't have a visa we couldnt leave the terminal they couldn't accommodate us outside the airport and the hotel inside the airport was fully booked. Spent the night in the airport in terrible seats were you couldn't even lie down, no sleep at all. Then the morning flight was delayed 3 hours. Got, finally to Spain and one luggage was missing. Overall a nightmare! Never again I will fly with Aeroflot!

ข้อดี: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

ข้อเสีย: Very limited food served at inappropriate times with no flexibility. No information provided on what meals would be served at what times. Very limited entertainment. Very long uncomfortable flight compounded by crew hawking duty free goods like vendors at a fish market, waking many of those who had been fortunate enough to fall asleep.

ข้อดี: We received friendly attitudes with lots of soft drinks. Upstairs in the airbus was good as my seat was near the emergency door, where I had room for my long legs. I was given aisle seats on both return flights so I could move about more. The meals were lovely. The airbus was good for peace & quiet from crying children.

ข้อเสีย: I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times.

ข้อดี: The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.

ข้อเสีย: On the way back to Singapore, there was no entertainment in each seat. Didn't expect this and never experience from my previous flight with Asiana. There was the main screen in the centre but I can't choose and the lights were on all the way when I tried to sleep. Disappointed that they didn't inform in advance. People expect Asiana as same as SQ which provides full of new equipment such as personal screen on each seat.

ข้อเสีย: 아시아나 기내식 괜찮다고 들어 기대했으나 싱가폴항공보다 별로였음. 비빔밥에 단무지2개 계란말이 한조각.. 싱가폴항공은 비빔밥에 김치도 주는데.. 그리고 밥 다먹고 빵 먹는다고 식기 걷을때 나이프랑 컵을 못 냈는데 다시 가지러 안옴..-_-;; 캔이랑 컵이랑 다 가지고 있었는데 다시 수거하러 와야하는거 아닌가..?

Films limited to unspeakable junk....but hey some might like junk....and classical music limited to Bach's fugues and cantatas which I personally adore and hugely enjoyed, but not much else. Pop and jazz junk. Advantage is that one has/had 12 hours to read a brilliant novel.

ข้อดี: We were three people with 4 bags each bag around 20 kg Except the fourth bag was 10 kg They saying each person he has to have one bag. And they said you have to pay around $ 300 for extra bag and that bag didn't exceed 10 kg despite when I went to Amman from Melbourne didn't tell that but they told on the way back despite I have the same bags, That's absolutely unfair.

ข้อดี: Everything was excellent. After reading some reviews I was a bit reluctant but every was great on board. Great crew with great food.

ข้อเสีย: I didn't like how disorganised the on ground staff was when boarding. Also as a family of 7 we should have sat altogether and not scattered around the aircraft.

ข้อดี: Inflight service was pleasant and efficient for business class. Enjoy the little touch of offering traditional Jordanian food and fresh Jordanian coffee made with cardimom as soon as passengers boarded. That said it is nowhere near the better airlines like Cathay.

ข้อเสีย: Check in counters has no clear signs for Business class if you come from the other side. I checked in at economy counter, wasn't given invitation to lounge or any priority landing immigration pass. There were no communication at the lounge about the delay and can hear nothing of the announcements from the general announcements for the departure hall. No explanation was given once onboard or why aircraft was changed from 787 to Airbus. Boarding was the worse of all with no clear announcements and economy class was boarded before business and there is only one air bridge. Most staff were standing looking like they didn't know what was about to happen.

ข้อเสีย: Over an hour delay before taking off although we landed only 35 minutes late. Would have thought some free drinks might have been served given length of the flight even if it is a budget airline. Room between seats is a bit tight.

ข้อเสีย: We didn't know our 11 hour flight didn't have food. And then when we try to order food, on the menu it's all just sandwiches. There's no option for hot food.

ข้อเสีย: Our flight from VCE to CDG was delayed 30 minutes and the flight from CDG to FLL was early. We missed our check in by TEN MINUTES and were not even allowed to pass the security to speak to someone at a counter. We were told with ZERO empathy that we lost all of our money from the previous flight and we needed to buy another ticket. VERY EXPENSIVE TICKETS. The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. You have utterly destroyed something that was supposed to be a wonderful experience.

ข้อเสีย: First leg of flight was delayed by fog. OK... it happens, but almost every customer facing employee along the chain gave wrong information and/or had no inclination to help. Spent an hour going from pillar to post at DUS having been told to retrieve bag from incoming carousel. Told several times it wasn't there and would meet us in DRS. Of course it wasn't. Frankly I've had more help from airlines in the least developed parts of the world. Lufthansa Group.... you must be joking.

ข้อเสีย: Decent budget flights. Short transfer time onto second leg was perfect and easy to follow. Only advice is not to use e.dreamers as agent, they add on a hefty fee unable to back out of. Lesson learnt!

ข้อดี: The Beijing/Osaka flight was a smaller simpler plane than the Heathrow/Beijing one, but cconsidering the amount of time both flights take relative to each other, I think it had the better balance of the two.

ข้อเสีย: The only thing I'd suggest is while the Crew were great and did offer drinks a number of times, the first drinks run seemed late - although that might just be a combination of needing to wait until the plane has reached full altitude and the desire to clear the unpleasant Beijing air.
