When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

I am sure they did it in Italian but not every travel speaks italian. getting on bus to airplane was not organized at all. staff let people ahead of me taking their carry on bags larger than my normal size bag but asked me to check in mine. i thought perhaps i am amoung the last and there is no room left. how ever while i was waiting they let many others take their carry on with them. i explained them that i have expensive Murrano glass in my carry on and prefer not to check in or at least provide a tag to mark it fragile. response was that we are out of tag! and i have no choioce. i was very upset theway they trreated me and told them i will file a complain and took their picture. almost by the time i was getting on bus one of crew approached me with at Fragile tag to add to my bag. after all when i received my carry on bag in LAX many of my gifts were smashed and broken."

Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

However there was no vegetarian option on the menu. I expected there to be a vegetarian option at least, and I would work around my dietary choice, but with no vegetarian option, this was impossible to do. In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there."

We had three (we are traveling around the world). Yes, when I looked back at the bottom of the reservation there was a note that said bags not included, but as this is such a significant thing, I think it should be made much clearer. I direct feature films and travel a great, great deal. I rarely make my own reservations, to be fair, but I still think this is worth noting. In the end I just bumped my wife and I up to Business class, but for others who can't afford it, I think you should make this clearer. I will write to your facebook page etc later in the hope you will get the message. That said, again, your flight crew was great."
