ข้อเสีย: Legroom appalling. For anyone 6ft Plus it was a struggle and uncomfortable for the 3hr flight. Holding for 25 minutes after landing until parking spot became available didn’t help.

ข้อเสีย: Check in at NAIA very slow with little information available, could not check in online 3 flights were boarding, same gate same 1 hour time period, confusing when Bangkok flight was boarding, boarding was also stopped due to a flight arrival Child in seat behind kicking/shaking my seat - no help

ข้อเสีย: Compared to Delta where they proactively offer unli cocktails and drinks to business class and comfort, I've never had one offer in my return trip. Had a technical malfunction twice which caused me to miss my 7am connecting flight by 2 mins. The next plane didn't even bother to wear for 2 mins even if they caused the delay. They gave a 250NT lunch voucher and asked to what til the next flight in the afternoon. That was the longest flight I experienced coming from New York.

ข้อเสีย: Security at manila airport is totally over the top. I am 100% for security but 5 checks!!!!

ข้อดี: Food wasn't too bad, stewards were pleasant but had to wait ages for water. Like the 2 4 2 layout so we didn't have to disturb anyone for "comfort" breaks.

ข้อเสีย: Checking in, a few kg overweight, they made us put the excess into our hand baggage, it meant opening our 4 cases, actually moving things which weighs less than half a kg, complete waste of time, over half an hour. Complete waste of time as it's on the same plane FFS. Entertainment via iPads, poor selection of films.

ข้อดี: Warm service from check-in to destination. Counter staff arranged, without hesitation, upon my casual asking if could change to window seating and she did it with a smile (though I've web-checked in already). Service on flight was heart-warming too!

ข้อดี: The staff in yangon were extremely helpful and understood my situation. However they were unable to do anything to rectify the issue.

ข้อเสีย: The time between arrival and departure for the connection flight was too short. Flight was missed. I will make an official complaint. Why sell flight tickets with no time to transfer. Even before the flight, staff knew i would miss the flight. Still nothing could be done.

ข้อเสีย: Sichuan Airlines changed the flight time forward to 1525 from 1605 with no notice. The Flight was not posted on the departure board until it was time to check in leaving us confused as to whether the flight was going or cancelled.

ข้อดี: I liked that nothing was a hassle to get to, the staff were amazing and the pilot was well-skilled.

ข้อเสีย: My only con was the fact that there were many people around me coughing. That's not your fault though, I understand. But still, it was nasty.

ข้อดี: Crew were helpful and very nice. However, as first experience flying internationally with Qantas wasn’t positive.. very proud to be Australian but their mechanical faults doesn’t help in customer loyalty.

ข้อเสีย: Flight delayed due to mechanical faults for 4 hours. $15 meal voucher is not sufficient to cover the cost of proper meal. Airlines if allocating seats automatically should not put a female in between two males, not a very nice experience. No option to amend seat.

In flight comforts were provided such as blacked , eye mask etc. iPads were provided as there was no built in tvs on the plane which provided a good inlight entertainment system. Overall this was a good experience as value for money as the price was cheaper than many other direct long haul flights

ข้อเสีย: The plane it’s self was quite old and tired - with no TVs however iPads were provided which was not a huge difference. There was not a good selection of beverages on this flight -most had ran out prior.

ข้อเสีย: Crew must smile and speak to passengers...poor body language. Waiting for our luggage in the conveyor and give to the guys for them to put a tag for transfer flight to London. If it is connecting flight, passenger should get their luggage in their final airport of destination. Causing delay, because we still have to queve in the immigration. Don't see the point in that.

ข้อเสีย: Qantas really screwed up the operational management of this flight resulting in a long delay into Sydney and then a further delay to Brisbane. Getting the water weight and balance right is FLIGHTOPS 101, but not for this B Team. Much of the flight delay was completely avoidable.

ข้อดี: in a relatively short flight I was surprised of the quality of the service, the entertainment and how small details were taken care of.

I would also have liked to have a hard copy menu to look at prior to meals, as unfortunately I couldn't always understand the crew, even though they were fantastic. With a little more detail I could have determined whether something was spicy or not.

ข้อดี: Fantastic onboard product in Business Class. Superb seating with all direct aisle access, excellent meals and friendly F/A's.

ข้อเสีย: I was a little concerned at the lax approach to securing the cabin for take off and landing the F/A's had. The Philippine Airlines lounge is an embarrassment for an airlines hub airport.

ข้อเสีย: Seats did not recline very much. Hard. Food was very plain and starchy.

ข้อดี: Toilets were kept clean through out the flight. New and clean airplane. Good space between the seats.

ข้อเสีย: Flight attendant was rude in general (serving food, drinks, answering questions), he skipped rows when giving hot towels (I wasn't served a hot towel). In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold.
